Like Ladadate.com and Vicotriyaclub.com this is a scam site. Are there a girl or two that is real, will meet and interested in communication. Yes. But the majority are just there for a pay check. I personally know of four that are paid by the site to talk to men. I am friends with two of them. The secret really is this -

Is she on multiple sites, and most of those are instant chat and video sites like this one? Does she ask or state a sexually forward sentence to catch your attention? Does she refuse to provide requested contact information? Yes to one of those means she is most likely using you for money. These girls are making a commission for every credit you spend on them in chat, on video, or by letter. After getting her contact information does she always say she misses you in chat or what to see you in video - yup she wants you back on the site to earn commission from you.

Loveinchat is a typical Ukrainian/Russian scam-dating site, on which you may or may not be communicating with the females in the profiles. They will all 'love' you if you are prepared to spend hours in endless extremely expensive chat, or view their 'pay to view' images and videos. It is blatantly obvious that either a) There are real girls here that are being paid commission to extract cash from you, or b) There are no girls at all, and you are simply being robbed by a bunch of men! Either way, it's a scam. The site is populated by totally unscrupulous individuals who will manipulate your feelings and drain your bank account at the same time. Many of the photo sets in these profiles are on other fake dating sites, such as USSR-Star.com. Don't fall for it, and don't trust them with any personal details - they have a nasty habit of fishing for personal information. Deeply suspicious.

But they seem to require a lot of money chatting and use a meter with % to show how much you spend on chat: 100% is required before you can buy the girls' contact information.
2) Victoria Hearts or Victoria Brides or Love Swans are owned by the same people and have the same format. I tried Victoria Hearts and Love Swans which are expensive. Attractive girls who string you along to pump you for a lot of money. Women act like they are on commission asking you to pay for endless chat or view their videos which cost 50 credits or $20 to see. Add the cost of chat and you can blow $100 a day or more if you are a sucker. I see many of the same girls or fake bots across Victoria Hearts, Love Swans and Loveinchat.
3) Dating tours: I went on 2 dating tours of Ukraine. 50 single American men meet 200 Ukrainian women in hotel conference rooms. The idea is you meet a girl and propose marriage 2 minutes later. I am not that desperate so I did not find a wife. I got food poisoning in Dnepropetrovsk. A woman in Odessa tried to scam me out of hundreds of USA dollars for her "babysitting" cost. In Kiev a lady singer said she'd go to bed with me if I proposed marriage to her. I passed.
