I ordered wool to be shipped to Canada. The site stated it would take 7-10 business days. It was orderd on December 5. On the 17th of December it arrived in the US and has been sitting ever since. When I contacted Lovecraft to advise them, they told me it would take 28 to 31 BUSINESS DAYS! That is not what is represented and they are unwilling to do anything about it. It has been almost a month and nothing and no indication that the parcel has moved to Canada. They expect me to just wait, and have even ignored my email inquiries. This is not acceptable. Do not use them if you are shipping to Canada.
