Love2shop or Hate2shop?

I was given £35 L2shop vouchers by the AA to stay with them in Dec. I am still having problems retrieving these from L2S customer services. I've had nothing but awful service from them. I requested £10 M&S physical voucher and £25 Tesco. I'm still waiting for my M&S vouchers to arrive and as for Tesco vouchers it doesn't scan in any Tesco stores and L2s keep passing me to Tesco.
Awful company and avoid at all costs!
