I've never been a leggings type of person but Lotus Leggings has made me a convert! I now have 4 leggings and looove wearing them to the gym and sometimes just when I go out to shops. The material used for the leggings is durable, breathable, and the print is insanely rich and colorful. Love their designs!

So, I've now reduced my previous rating of 2 stars to one star. The reason being is that I've officially given up on trying to get my money refunded. I have actually lost count of how many times I have reached out to their "customer service" to either get the leggings I ordered or get my money back. And the last few messages have gone unanswered. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing. Very aggravating. I will definitely be sticking with my choice to steer clear of this company in the future.

It only took two orders to them to realize that this group is very unprofessional. Their customer service leaves so much to be desired. Their good prices are not worth the headaches of trying to deal with their customer service when something goes wrong. My first order went beautifully. I ordered two pairs of leggings that showed up in a few weeks (a little long, but they list that as a disclaimer on their site, so that's fair). They fit well and feel great. When I received the second order I made, they sent me three pairs of leggings alright. However, only one pair was the correct pattern. The other two were wrong. So, I contacted their customer service and asked what I needed to do to fix the error. They were patterns being sold for much less than the patterns that I purchased, so I was justifiably irritated. I have been around with their customer service rep 4 times now, and have still not received my leggings. I'm now currently working on getting them to refund my money. This months-long ordeal is enough to put me off of this company forever. I only give them two stars because they didn't botch my first order from them. But, I've already warned all of my leggings-wearing girlfriends.

I did read previous negative reviews, especially about their customer service but when I reached they responded within the same hour and were able to fix my order that had gone through. I received my package pretty quick and the size chart recommendations were spot on. I think a change in customer experience culture to the better has been implemented

I purchased from them, and I'd advise you avoid this company. They will send your product incorrectly and when asking them to correct it, they will politely do nothing helpful. They will make you PAY to return your items and charge you an EXTRA $5 PER ITEM on top of the shipping cost. Enjoy waiting excessive amounts of time as these are shipped from China. I would not recommend purchasing this or any other item from this company. Learn from my mistake and go with a reputable company, even it costs a bit more, it will save you in the long run.

The print was beautiful and exactly like i imagined, but tore in the crotch the first time i wore them- will try the more athletic pants in the future, and logo placement is iffy and distracts from the leggings
