At first communication around the delivery of my leggings was poor - the customer rep could not find my order. But the company was quick to rectify this situation and hooked me up with someone who was able to find and confirm the shipping of my order. I appreciated the tracking system that showed me at the glance where in transit my leggings were and the emails that let me know when they were out for delivery and delivered. Turnaround time was quick and the quality of the leggings was far better than I had expected. The price accurately reflects the quality and I couldn't be happier with this company and the leggings!

Do not believe these 5-star reviews of Lotus Leggings. When your leggings are delivered they send you a message stating for you to post a review on 3 sites and you will get a free pair of leggings. You have to send them the URL of your reviews and then you get the leggings.

I purchased 3 leggings and paid $70 for them. I got all XL and per the site, they were to not be see through. However, when I got them, two of them will not fix (and are see-through) and the last one fit but you could see every piece of skin!

When I contacted them they said they could not do anything for me and I will have to pay $5 per item to send it back to them for a refund and pay to ship. The address they gave me is a furniture warehouse in High Point, NC, not at all a clothing store. (Also, if they go to a furniture store why did it take 2 weeks to get them when I literally live right down the road from that town?) So after the $5 restocking fee and the shipping it would cost me nearly as much to send then back than it would to just keep them and try to sale them on the side.

Customer support will not help you and you have to go through tooth and nail to get anywhere with them. I had to open a case with my bank.

Also their 4.95 VIP is not a one time thing either. If you do not call and cancel you will be charged $49.95 every month! (which was not included in the wording of the offer) Thankfully I called them in time and also told my bank to refuse any form of payment to them.

Stay away from this company. They delete any negative reviews off their facebook and only keep the positive ones. I swear you are better off buying the same thing off ebay for $10, they are the same thing.

China made and cheap.

Would not purchase from this company again. I purchased two pairs of leggings, which took over a month for delivery, and one pair had a hole in the seam while the print on the other pair (sun and moon print) was very low quality. They were loose fitting (despite following the size guide on the website) and the print would turn from black to white with any stretch at all which is pretty unflattering... On top of that they plastered a large white lotusleggings logo on the front thigh of each pair which is pretty hard to look past, especially since it was not pictured on any of the photos on the website or advertisements. It is downright obnoxious branding. Multiple emails sent to customer service regarding my order have still not been replied to. I will never purchase from this company again.

I just picked up my leggins today! I ordered 4 Disney pairs and a Disney sports bra. The bra seems like a nice quality, but I question the quality of the leggins. They are more transparent than I thought, but the fit is alright. Honestly I was a bit disappointed with the look of the printings. They are not as detailed and clear looking as shown on the webpage. They are great for everyday comfort wearing. I waited around 7 weeks before receiving my order, so next time I'll know to order them some time in advance.

Lotus Leggings have images that mislead you to buy their products. I ordered yoga leggings, & 2 skirts from Lotus Leggings' website. They all turned up with huge, ugly, unsightly, badly placed LARGE (5cm approx.) white & blue logos logos stamped in the middle of my yoga leggings and front of a skirt. They are unwearable! The logos look terrible. The photos on the website have NO logos on them. After contacting Customer Service, they told me that in the Q&A on their website if you scroll right down to the bottom of the screen, you could read the small print that says all their clothing will come with their logo on in the future. WHO reads the Q&A?! Online shoppers use the IMAGES to make their decision. This is clear misrepresentation on behalf of Lotus Leggings. When I explained this to the apparently American-based company, my replies came from China, in broken English, with no apology, no help for refund (as mine were sale stock so not able to get refund - even THOUGH I am clearly extremely dissatisfied), or explanation about the lack of photos with logos on their websites except: " As of the moment, we are still updating the photos of our website with our logo on them." INEXCUSABLE. My verdict? If you want bad quality (seams come unstitched easily - and are wonky), badly placed eyesore of a logo in the wrong area (Just look at Lulu Lemon or Sweaty Betty for cues as to proper logo placement - seriously...) and terrible customer service where you get nowhere and they are completely failing in the "service" part of their role, then buy Lotus Leggings. I am an extrememly active management member of 3 yoga studios in Sydney. I will be spreading the word to all my fellow yogis - and beyond - about Lotus Leggings' terrible products. Hope you do the same.

I love lotus leggings! I ordered two prints for my first order, the skeletal bones print and the jack shelving Tom faces print and they are wonderful. They were bogo so they were a great deal I wear them under my work uniform to keep my warm, I wear them under my shorts when I train and get lots of comments on them, theyre great for yoga, comfy and they wash nicely just flip them inside out to preserve the prints. They leggings didnt take long to arrive and every interaction Ive had so far with the company has been a good one
