Excited when I saw the styles and new my wife would love them for Christmas. Buyer beware! The site makes very visable that shipping is free and that orders ships the next day. Beware, you have to dig deeper to see that their free shipping takes 2-8 weeks. They mention expedited shipping but you do not get that option in the cart. So plan on slow boat shipping.

Needless to say the two pairs of leggings ordered did not make it by Christmas or even New Years. They did eventually arrive and I was excited to give them to my wife.

The excitement end quickly. Buyer beware! The Vegan Leather can best be described as leggings made from cheap, thick, black, plastic wrap. They stuck horribly to themselves and even worse to the skin. So much so they were unwearable. The pair of mermaid leggings were see through and had the added bonus of a hideous, cheep, and exceptionally tacky logo right up front on the mid-upper thigh. Both materials felt and looked cheep and neither fit very well. Even though the same size from the same company, neither fit the same.

Buyer beware! You can create a "ticket" for all sorts of issues. The one plus is that responses to emails were pretty fast. On the other hand the emails were caned, likely robo responses with little more than links to their site. Thanks for the unhelpful but fast responses.

In the end both pairs were returned for a refund. Mind you we have 7 days to return them. They can take 8 weeks to arrive but don't return in 7 days you're out of luck. Plus you have have to pay for return shipping PLUS a $5 restocking fee per item.

Thank you Lotus Leggings for selling a product you cannot deliver timely, that is cheap, tacky and poorly made, and for allowing me to pay shipping and $10 to know how terrible the product is. I see why you offer so many sales and promotions to suck people in and then screw them.

There are far better leggings and FAR better merchants. If you are considering buying from Lotus Leggings, do yourself a favor and move on.

P.S. They do bribe customers with free leggings for leaving reviews. I guess you could take advantage of that and get leggings for what they are worth, nothing.

These are the absolute worst leggings I have ever owned and I teach dance, for 20 years!

One leg is much tighter than the other customer service showed no concern and these leggings are made of a material that is proven to come out in the wash and poison oceans and sea life if you buy these leggings you are literally partly responsible for killing the ocean shop from a socially responsible company these people do not care all of their crap is made in China and it is just that: junk, toxic crap... even though they claim to be a US based company! The company is getting away with being blatantly dishonest and destroying the environment and if you buy their product you are just as guilty as they are. FACT

Short:
If i could give a minus in rating i would. I did manage to get a refund after allot of hassle (12-15 emails later). Awful company to deal with if you get faulty products.

Long:
I placed my order for 2 pairs in October they arrived 7-8 weeks later.

First: the first pair, was misprinted so badly, the print was off with more then a angle of 10 cm. Instead of a skull it looked like a 2 nosed alien head shape.

Second: The other pair, the print was nice. But the Super athletic stretch description were non existent, as in- my jeans stretch more.
And the size tag had been cut off, badly by hand. I could not even pull them past my knees, the measurements in waist was really big.

Third: there was the new logo on the middle of the thigh. MY first tough was, why is there a big white sticker on them? Like a real nail in the eye. And i realized it had been transferred on.
When i placed my order there was no indication of the current label on the middle of the thigh! No images, no comments, nothing.
(they updated the website about 10 days after i placed my order claiming, its their new branding. And the motto is more or less if you do not like it. Well, not their problem.)

So i contacted Customer service.
-I provided them with images of the faulty print, it was really bad.
-Images with the new awful logo placement, the fact, this was not there and not advised in sale descriptions when i placed my order, neither did i get informed about this to being able to cancel my order.
-A Video showing the poor quality.
-Explaining what was wrong. And i did opt for a full refund.

The responses from customer service was fast, but mostly auto scripted.

I got informed i could send them back, of own charge.
And they would charge a restock fee of 5$ per item!.
Which would not even apply to my case, as the leggings was faulty?
I provided them with their own return policy regarding faulty goods, and the fact they state free returns on the website.

After that they did try to offer me a replacement, for one pair, the skull is the same. And choose one additional pair, not above additional value.
I kindly explained, i doubt the quality and the printing have been resorted within such a short time, and the fact that it takes 8 weeks!

Finally after being very. Very persistence and not giving up, i finally got my refund. They tried to only refund about 40%. So i had to contact them again and "remind them" its for a full order. It got sorted straight away.

I know that the customer care is not to blame, as they are ordered and taught on how they should resolve cases from higher up. Regarding not refunding people, opting for replacements.

Bought Harley Quinn leggings and they're amazing! :D Shipping was timely and the leggings themselves are beautiful and stretchy. Plan to rock them for a New Year's party: 3

I bought two skater dresses, one with a mermaid print and another with a print of Beauty and the Beast. I have to say that the first one is great, it fits perfectly and the color is beautiful, just like in the photo on the web. But I do not share the opinion for the second. The dress, although it is the same size as the other (M), is considerably smaller. In addition the colors of the print are blurred, as if the printer had run out of ink. Actually, I'm pretty disappointed.
