Attempted to purchase Evinrude propeller. Paid for it 8/2/2010 and received two confirmations that it would ship within 24 hours. Numerous phone calls to 800# and messages left on voicemail over the past month to no avail. E-mails not returned. Never received product or refund. My USAA Mastercard is investigating this company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I ordered boat seats&petastal on 06/27/2010 have not seen any seats. Have called saveral times no answer only machine. This is a bad web site 8 weeks later no seats. Money already charged to credit card. BAD BUSINESS! DATE 8/27/2010

Ordered seats on 8/6/10 credit card was charged that same day. Talked on phone with someone the day I placed the order. Have not been able to get in touch with seller via phone or email since ordering. Disputed charge with c. C company, was issued a refund. Do not order from this website.

We were also duped by this guy. We spoke with Eastlake police today and found out that Allen Products, aka lotsofboatseats.com has gone bankrupt. BEWARE, don't order from this site.

Straight, scam! Bruce K's story and mine are identical. I sent in my order on 7/9 and by 7/14 they had my money, and guess what I still don't have any seats or mounts. I got through to a guy one time, and it went something like "Oh, our supplier is backed up, this time of year!" Yeah right. They go by "Allen Products", "Lotsofboatseats.com" and the folks that stole my money "K&B products", try their number for a complaint *******130, its disconnected. Ill be contacting the Eastlake Police to go over to their address, see how that works out. DO NOT buy from this site, unless your willing to donate to their cause and create a lot of grief for yourself...

Good Lord, whatever you do, do not buy from this website! Ordered two boat seats on 7-1-10, was told would ship 4-7 days. After being told they shipped or were about to ship seven times, was told on 8-3-10 that my money had been refunded and my order canceled. Guess what? No money. Several more calls, emails, no response. Sent email today saying I would be contacting consumer agencies and legal authorities, he calls back saying I'm out of line, that it takes 7-10 business days for refund to show up in my account, which I know is baloney. How terrible it was that he had to get an email like this he tells me! He says go ahead call lawyers, police, whatever. I believe I shall! I can't say for sure if the guy is incompetent or fraudulent, but whatever you do, stay away from this guy! After spending 11 months restoring a boat and not being able to put it in the water because of this guy is totally ridiculous. This guy needs to be put out of business. Next time I'll buy the boat seats first. If anyone doubts this story, I have saved all my emails, I wish I could have recorded the phone call!
