I have purchased several shirts for both men and women, and the last shipment seems to have included some items sold by Charliecausewear. Their items are 2 sizes undersized. If I had to rate Lorealwear by stars I would give then 2 out of 5. Both of the shirts below of sized 2X large. You can see the differance.
Never received item. Transit information was generic with no location. All responses automated. Oh well, they 🔥 in Hell I don't.
Ordered a t-shirt which was clearly not as described/pictured on their site. I contacted them through PayPal and they eventually agreed to a full refund and I didn't have to return the item. But they insisted that I close the PayPal dispute before they would refund. I put the dispute in the hands of PayPal as they state you should not close the dispute until you have received the refund. Now the seller insists that I return the item at my cost. Scammers! They know they are sending out fake goods (not as described), they do it anyway. I will do my part to make sure every review site has this review on it.
Doesn't look anything like the pictures. Graffix are awful. Material is terrible and the size is ridiculous. Large is wider than anything. They won't give me an address to return it. I'm gonna get screwed for sure. I'm pissed. I don't want this to happen to anybody else!
The fabric is cheap, the print is terrible, the size is not even close. I ordered 2xl, it's maybe a medium. Product is nothing like what they show in the add. Just garbage

Website says the shirt is "Cotton Blend". NO. The shirts label is 95% Polyester 5% Spandex. Refund policy is clear, they offer full refund. They do not follow through. 100% run-around. They are slow to reply to email, but then they suggest you keep it and gift it to someone. They finally offered a 20% discount on a "next purchase". There will be NO next purchase.
Ordered a dress, and after 6 weeks I contacted them asking where it was. Was told that it was out of stock and offered full refund. Did not get full refund, was $10 short. I could not get an explanation from them, avoided my emails and asked me to provide a review. Never shop here
They stated these shirts were made from cotton and linen...but NO!
They are some cheap thin synthetic with NO LABEL. Of course.
They are a Chinese company fronted by a US address - BUYER BEWARE.
I ordered 4 of these tops for myself and 2 for a friend cause they looked so beautiful.
6 altogether. We ordered XL for me and 3X for my friend - which are our correct
Sizes and they are all too tight for us. So there is another strike against this company.
They are LIARS and THIEVES to represent themselves falsely and take our hard
Earned cash.
Pissed off in Canada! I'll bet it will cost me a lot to return them and they know
That so they will then offer me a piddly discount instead. That's probably how
They run their business. Based on averages. They know a certain % of people
Will want to return everything and another % will just keep them 'cause it too much
Effort to deal with such a company.
LOREALWEAR IS A SCAM!
It's easy to prove the artwork is mine...I created it in a tutorial video published to my YouTube Channel Expressionist Fluid Art Priscilla Batzell - in 2018
Slow to ship. Merchandise is very poor quality. If you ask to return the item for a refund, you are told it is too expensive to return. They ask if will you accept half of what you paid and you are told to give the item away or resale. The quality is poor and Does not look like the item you purchased. Shiny cheap, oversized.
I ordered a T shirt and a sweatshirt from this site because the designs were fabulous and they claimed to be 100% cotton. I checked the size guide carefully before placing the order. What arrived, after weeks of waiting, was a couple of cheap Chinese knock-offs made of goodness knows what and the sizes were totally random. After weeks of Email exchanges I finally managed to get a half refund and they said to keep the items - they will be going to a car boot sale as they are not fit for anything better.
Ordered a rabbit(cotton) t shirt, received a cheap silky material w two short.sleeves that don't even match the pattern of shirt, cut from different pattern, sewn on wrong.Contacted for replacement or refund. One auto response they would be away 10th to 14th. Contacted 4 times since,no response.Stuck w shirt I can't wear. Back of sleeves match front better. Poor quality!
Added picture of review online for this company.
Order placed, money withdraw, never heard from them again. No product
Now the review is asking for more words. How many words does it take to say THIEVING MF
It is a nylon outer shell with some other material inside. They both feel awful to the touch and would not be comfortable to wear.
Hubby ordered 7 shirts for both of us, web page said cotton blend. THEY WERE CHEAP NYLON. Even the seams were cheaply serged, long stitches, looked like 3 needle, not a normal one that seals the seam. Doubt we will wear, nice prints, will probably donate and take the tax right off. I should have known better to order anything advertised on facebook. I showed Hubby the web site. Grrrrr
I purchased 2 shirts and a sweater, upon inspection they are so blurry, distorted and incorrect from the original picture I saw online, I'm upset and disappointed and would like to return these absolute $#*! shirts. This is a conglomerate corporation and will not suffer from me wanting my money back and give back their $#*! clothes.
I recently (Dec) ordered a T-shirt from Loreralwear. I used their size table and measured very carefully, but I cringed when I found out they were a Chinese company hiding behind a US address after ordering. The T-shirt did arrive and is of reasonable quality. It is still not the best, BUT the size was wrong. It was too small. I checked the measurements against their size chart, and it was 2 inches too small in every way. So I contacted them to ask for a replacement and proved the problem with photos. The answer I received was that they would replace the item if I paid another $14 to cover shipping, and I should sell the one I have. I told them no; I wanted to return the shirt and have a replacement that fits. They repeated that it would be sent if I paid a further $14.
I demanded that they either replace or refund me and accept the shirt I had back. They gave me a sob story about shipping, import and customs fees. I then asked for a full refund. They said they would refund me $20, but keep $8.98 to cover shipping. So, I reported a dispute with PayPal. That really got their attention, and they asked me to stop the dispute, said they would give me a full refund if I stopped the dispute, and claimed that they could not give me a refund until I did, as the account was frozen. They have repeated this a further two times in response to me saying that I would not, and all they had to do was issue the refund, and then I would stop the dispute. They answered that a dispute was very costly to them and repeated the claim that they would refund me 24 hours after I stopped the dispute. I escalated the issue with PayPal with extra proof of correspondence.
Never, ever stop a PP dispute. This is a ploy, and I knew it. Once stopped, you can't restart it. Hopefully, it will see PP part ways with them, but if I know these types of companies, It will only be a minor setback as they are operating under lots of different names with other sites. They are as opaque as you can get. Hiding in China behind a US address and using fake user rights, etc.
Update: After 2 months, I got my money back via PayPal dispute.
I've since found this site talking about this company. Beware buyer!...

After 10 days they hadn't processed or shipped my order. Too suspicious. I cancelled my order with bank. It showed an address that was supposed to be in California but it wasn't even a real address. It didn't have the name of the city and it didn't have the name of the state. Total scams. I wish Facebook could get a grip on things
Ripping off real artists and selling their art on T.Shirts. Uncrupulous and shameless. Do not buy! No imagination or talent of their own, so they rip off other artists.
This firm is using online images out of online portfolio's of artists and using them for their products. On top of that they have the audacity to take the high ground and point out to any visitors that they aren't allowed to use "their copyright property".
Avoid this firm like the plague, if they are screwing over artists, chances are you will be treated likewise.
