I bought the Zoe Sandals, and was shocked when I received the shoes. As everyone else mentioned, the product is a cheap imitation of their photos online. The shoes aren't even useable - there's no traction! They force you to pay return shipping - to China! Meaning, I'd have to spend ANOTHER $70 to return this plastic imitation of a shoe. Their customer service is insulting and unhelpful. I'll never buy from them again, and I'll always check reviews and shipping locations BEFORE purchasing from a new brand. Lesson learned.

Looks Like Summer copied ideas from many designer brands, call themself unbranded can't justify the act of copying. Most importantly they don't even care to make a NUANCE DIFFERENCE. Their victims are including but not limited to (1)Apede Mod's Le Book Bag(2)Celine's Claps Bag (3)Staud's Bucket Bag(4)Staud's Rey Bag(5)Complet's Valery Bag(6)By Far's Ball Bag(7)By Far's mini tote Bag(8)By Far's Miranda Bag(9)By Far's Rachel Bag Bag and so on. Which all could be found easily online. I once saw Looks Like Summer's ads on Instagram and was at first amazed by their modern design, yet soon to find out all these were the 100% rip-offs from other brands (fortunately I acknowledged the fact before I rushed to make my order). I've emailed Looks Like Summer's customer service team and left a couple of comments under their Instagram but have not received any response until now. I've forwarded all the evidence to those designer brands over copyright infringement notice because it is something needed to be done by the Infringed person other than any representatives. From my understanding and research, although laws in different countries may vary, if a disputed design contains a perceivable aesthetic feature then the design is held copyrightable. Even not with the law's protection, as a human being, I don't support nor encourage any form of copy in any industry. I'm not related to any of the brands above, I just can't stand the idea of injustice. Hope at least on Sitejabber we can still protect what we believe.

Okay, I got the Claudette leather cross body bag during Black Friday deal prices for $86 with a free pair of acrylic earrings and head band "turband." First off, this is NOT real leather which should be obvious from the price point but they describe it as "genuine leather" on the website which is super misleading because real leather does not smell like plastic/glue; trust me, I own enough leather bags to know. So my guess is this is definitely imitation. Now, I'm not going to return it cause I wanted to jump on the pouch bag trend for cheap and in the black color it doesn't look half bad and I'm sure the smell will off gas in a few days. With all that said, I do NOT recommend you waste your money here and definitely do NOT pay full price for this fake stuff if you're going to buy it anyway. Definitely get a coupon code or just go find your thing somewhere else.

Not only are their products cheaply made for the price, their return policy is terrible. They require you to pay overseas shipping to return something. Their customer service is also dismal. Here's the condescending message I received from them when I complained that I didn't want to pay a second overseas shipping charge: "Dear Alisha, Our return policy was visible when you made the purchase. I am sorry you have to pay for the return shipment because you couldnt read the size of the bag you ordered. If you prefer you can ship the bag back to China instead of Portugal. Also for your knowledge Apartado means P. O. Box in Portuguese and not apartment. Thank you for spamming our social network, you will now be blocked because of that. Thanks, we learn a lot from people like you, have a great day!"
