My organization was looking to spice up their logo and I stumbled upon Logojoy. I was hesitant at first but later realized that it was the perfect choice to go with them. They are trusted, organized, great customer service and are amazing with communicating with you. We got the Premium package and added on "designer time" which was awesome since it helped make our logo more unique and more us. Ysabel was our graphic designer and she was great. Her communication and customer service was phenomenal. I would suggest any small or big company to go with Logojoy because they are reliable and affordable! That being said... go purchase your logo now... you won't regret it!
Ysabel was great to work with! She was really patient with me as I had multiple edits I wanted on my logo. I sent some samples of colors and ideas and she was able to come up with something that matched what I was looking for!
No problem with the logo or files - I just needed something simple.
I paid for a premium package which says that it includes an hour consult with a designer by email. Unable to figure out how to do this I asked customer support... and was told I'd have to pay extra for that.
Either the website outright lied or they have changed what is included and didn't update their website.
Not happy - feel ripped off
I purchased a logo from Logojoy. However I have not been able to retrieve the files. I contacted customer support, to no avail. I would like a refund. I am very dissatisfied in their service.
Bad experience! I bought their Enterprise package. Wasted my time hoping that I will get something original by choosing this package but it was substandard. Thank God they refunded my money. I am not going to use the logo they made for me. This site is good if you want to design a quick logo. The Basic package will be worth your money and time.
After purchasing a premium logo design from them I was sent files with all the wording missing. It has been over a week now and I have still had no joy getting new ones sent. Would not use this company again.
Most importantly she communicated with me and made all of the changes I asked for. I wasn't that prepared (first timer) I am meticulous and picky YSABEL WHOEVER SHE IS DID A GREAT JOB. THANKS!
When I purchased a Logo the download was without my Slogan on any of the files. When I bought this to their attention, instead of Own the action, there was a lame excuse given and they credited my account so I can download the logo again. AGAIN the slogan has been left out... I'd give these guys a miss if you want a logo done correctly, they promise a lot and deliver much less.
Response times are atrocious, you will be lucky to hear back.
I paid for premium service but that is not what I received. When there is no phone number listed this is a major red flag! Customer Service is poor, also I paid for a designer to tweak my logo (a very simple tweak) but it did not work out. BBB You should get what you paid for.
If you want a very simple logo that uses only fonts and colors, this is a great site. However, if you need customization, original design, or business collateral (business cards, etc.) I don't recommend this site. They give you a very limited time to 'edit' your logo once you buy it, so be careful. I paid for the 'premium' package with a designer, and it just didn't work for me. I'm headed over to Fivver and will spend the same $$ for a better result. Also, the turn around for the final product is not fast, so be prepared to be patient.
Last night I bought a package after my business partner and I decided on a logo - we could not 'Download Assets' the the welcome email said to do. This morning I called and left a voicemail for the customer service hotline and then I wrote an email asking for help... no response. This afternoon I called and left another voicemail and sent a message on their Facebook page... still no response.
I'm extremely aggravated. The customer service is absolutely awful.
I paid for a designer to tweak my computer-generated logo, and in the end it was the logo I had worked on on my own. (Minus removing a hole in the pic). I'm not sure what I paid extra for! I also was under the impression that this would be done quickly and I had to wait FOUR business days and a weekend to FINALLY get my completed package despite trying to contact customer service AND the designer! VERY frustrating experience!
Made a logo for my flip flop business in like 10 minutes and then got help tweaking my logo (after purchase) from the customer success team afterwards :)
Logojoy are shockingly bad at customer support, put simply they ignore you. If you like being ignored then this is the logo company for you. They ignore all emails. They ignore online customer support. Do not expect the logo you purchase to be the same as the one in your download file. You may think you have designed a lovely logo with the aid of this site but it will not be the same as you get in the download. If you complain you will be ignored. I spent 7 whole days trying to get Logojoy to help me but still I have nothing, no help, no logo.
Fairly unimpressed. Their online chat is useless and hours of operation aren't necessarily inline with that of a new business owner. The site itself is great and I'm very happy with my final product. However, after purchase they should include the downloaded version of your fonts. Not only do they not but I've gotten 2 different font titles for the same font and when trying to search them online, none of the popular font providers recognize the font names provided. Lastly, all the "customer testimonials" are bogus. None of those companies even exist!
I hope they can contact me to rectify my current road blocks in time to get my logo out before my launch
Disappointing experience. For $200 I expected to work with a professional designer and it was immediately clear he was junior level. I could have gotten the same quality paying $15/hour. I did the work myself in the end and will not use the logo I paid for. The company wasnt willing to give me even a partial refund and was unsympathetic to my cause- so thats money down the toilet for this cash poor startup. Had high hopes for logojoy but wont use them in the future and I do not recommend them.
I would recommend this to everyone and anyone. If you have limited GD abilities absolutely a must. Super user-friendly interface, great response time from staff. The value for all you get is AMAZING as well! Worth every penny!
I purchased a logo from this company and they did not provided me with assistance when I requested it. They have a poor website and not a lot of information. When I requested a refund then they answered my email immediately arguing with they terms and condition. Please do not waste your money here and its better to give it to a charity organization not to this unprofessional logo makers

Bought several premium logos with all options but they did not keep promis. Logos are broken and no changes can be aplied for free. Also low quality and wrong sizes
