Scam. They pose as Longchamp, use the logo everywhere, but are NOT Longchamp. Currently using www.longchamp.us.com as their web store. Shame on me for falling for this.

The customer service email isn't a hyperlink and isn't even text. To contact them you have to hand type in the address. The receipt I was emailed came from
*******@busybusystore.com and they say their charge will show as "Busybusy Estore"
