Website looked legit and the prices were reasonable. I should've googled this before purchasing a bag via PayPal. Immediately, PayPal show is going to a woman name Kathleen Nessel. I tried to stop the transaction and it said PayPal payment failed so I thought I was clear. But it's still charged my PayPal account. Immediately, I raised a dispute with PayPal, but they said it looked like a legitimate purchase. I waited 20 days for the bag to arrive, but of course it did not! So I contacted my credit card company and they've issued me a credit. Sadly, this person is ripping people off and getting away with it.

I decided to order 2 bags a month ago and I did not doubt it was a fake site because it was very well imitated. I should suspect it was fake for the incredible reductions but I did not.

I realized it was a fraud when I paid because it was processed a payment in China with extra exchange rate costs.

After a couple of weeks I received a package from Hong Kong containing 2 pairs of fake sunglasses ( Rayban and Oakley).

When I asked for the bags and to send back the sunglasses, they replied that the bags were sold out but I could get the sunglasses with a 30% discount.

I replied I didn't want the ( fake) sunglasses then they proposed to give me a refund but first I should have to send the sunglasses at my expenses which I refused.( I asked them to pay for the shipping)

They tried to find stupid excuses for the inconvenience and proposed to give me a 40% refund for something that I had paid in full!

I'll post an update as soon as this war ends but in the meantime:
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHINESE FRAUD!

I tried to place an order yesterday but the payment system failed. Tried again today but the payment was rejected by Barclaycard who called me to verify. The charge to Barclaycard was different to the invoice. I had the charge blocked. Reading the comments, seems a lucky escape. Thanks Barclaycard

Bought Longchamp basic Black bag with brown leather handles. Fabric bubbled up in an unsightly way. They refuse to replace it. Bad company! Bad bag. C'est tres mauvais! Gave it a 0 in the rating, but had to write in a star...

I like everybody else ordered 2 bags before Christmas in a bit of a hurry, it wasn't till after I had paid that I smelt a rat, strange e mail address, no delivery schedule, broken English etc. I called Tesco who told me to call Longchamps direct to determine if they were a licensed dealer, obviously they are not, Tesco told me to contact them when they arrived in order to raise a dispute.
The bags did arrive after a lengthy period and were obviously fake (no guarantee, no bill of sale no packaging)
Tesco subsequently refunded my money and I then received an e- mail from the trader asking why I had refused payment stating they were 100% genuine etc, I offered to return them at their expenses but heard nothing.
So the message here is if make the mistake of buying from them you should be able to get your money back if you paid by credit card

The Bag I bought from this site with the discounted price CA$72 was sent from china and it was a fake bag.
I am trying to return the product to get only 50% money back, but they are not let me return the product, not let me know the address to send, they keep telling me to keep the product and they will refund only 15%. I am now exchanging the e-mails and I'm frustrated. I should not try to save only $50 from beginning to buy the product, I should have bought the official product with proper price!

I WARN YOU: this site is 100% SCAM. It has been keeping spamming our website with SPAM comments, and everytime it uses a different URL: sometimes it's http://www.cuccosac.net/; other times it's other URLs with different names, but they are all the same site with the same graphcs etc, selling the same products, only using different URLs.
Fortunately we moderate our comments and their message do not pass through us. But we don't know how to get rid of them, and we get 10 spam messages from them every day.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM and if you can, report them to Google!

All in French, thought it was authentic but lo and behold like every other outlet selling designer handbags they are cheap knock offs from China, website showed shipping via french couriers but as soon as I had the tracking number with 'ems' as the courier knew it was a scam, hoefully can get my money back from paypal. Someone should stop these fraudsters, they give all the info about the real thing but wouldn't know the truth if it jumped up and smacked them in the face

Another person who wishes they had researched better. I usually have good experiences with ordering online but this time I have been scammed. It is a chinese company... I still have not received my bag which I was assured would be delivered by christmas. When I email them they do respond but will never give me a phone number and their emails are in extremely broken english! I paid through Paypal so I am hoping I will be able to get my money back
