Shipping is to expensive, your method of free shipping is to complicated to qualify for. Your return process is poor, If I wouldn't of called to check on my return I would of never heard from Lollicouture. Well bottoms up the whole experience was horrible. Need to use my credit I have but after that I will never order from Lollicouture again!

The stuff I super cute but the shipping times are kinda ridiculous.

3 from the 6 highheels that I ordered are smaller size. I have no idea either i am wrong about the size.

I ordered 4 swimsuits, all of them were mediums but fit like small. I tried to get an exchange for larger sizes and never heard back. You need to state that swimsuits on your site run extremely small if you are not going to respond to exchanges for larger sizes. Very bad experience and won't order again.

I paid $50 for shipping and its still not here. Did not know the funds were in US and I have to pay duty as well... Was not able to receive my lip gloss with first order either.

The quality of this swimsute was very poor, thread hanging off loosely.

I ordered a size large but it was so small I could not even get it on. Ended up giving it to my 12 year cousin instead who is a size small.

I would give zero stars but that is not an option.

I had to return an item for my wife. Lollie said because I ordered the wrong size I would not receive a refund. However, Lollie gave me a store credit. When i attempted to use the store credit, it would not accept the credit code Lolli gave me. I've attempted to call customer service for 3 weeks now and an automated system says everyone is busy, please call back later. I've been duped out of $30. Lesson learned.

Awful service. Can never reach customer service. Demanded a refund before my item left the warehouse and they ignored it and sent it to me anyway. Clothing is horribly made.

I will be ordering here again. The clothes are China quality.

I wasn't given correct tracking information. When I was given the info, it was much after the item Had already been shipped. I needed the item For a specific event and didn't know until the day of that it would make it on time (requiring me to buy another outfit as a backup.

My product never came a I contacted them to tell them and was told to fell out a form and get in contact with the local authority when we all know mail is always lost. I will never purchase from them again.

After being advised not to use your site i still decided to order a swimsuit for a weekend event. It took forever to receive my package and when I received it, it did not fit and now I cannot return it. I work for a social network you may be familiar with. I have informed several of my experience with your site and I will not be ordering from you again. Thank you.

Shipping rates are ridiculously high. 3x as high as Mod Deals and 2x as high as AMI Clubwear. This makes any real savings nill. Because of this I will no longer be shopping at your site.

Placed my order 8-12-2015 they said 3 to 7 days never recived e mail on process its been 8 days i left a message in regaurds to my order no response called several times no answer just a recording say call back

The product never arrived. I would be happy to have a refund. At this point, the item is useless. It was ordered (early in June) for a special event (also in June).

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes on July 17th. I only received four pair. I called to let them know and they saying all was sent to me and for me to send them information stating I received only 4. I felt they should already know. There attitude wasn't good about the situation at all. Can't understand the lady on the other line. Overall wasn't professional

I placed my order on Aug. 18th. It is now Aug. 20th and none of my items have shipped yet. Noone contacted me explaining why, so I'm just waiting anxiously.
