Great items, just as described... fast processing and shipping... The only problem was that I didn't receive 1 of the items I ordered because it was out of stock. Other than that I really am pleased with my shopping experience and will surely shop again and again and again!
This company is very slow when it comes to processing and shipping out products. I am not happy and if my items aren't shipped by Monday I will be canceling my order and taking my money elsewhere. It's a shame that I ordered a bigger order of about 10 items on the same day I ordered my 4 items from Lolli and my other order will be here by Monday/Tuesday and Lolli hasn't even processed my order yet. Very inconvient.
I love color and you offer your boots in a variety of colors. I just recieved my colbalt blue fringed boots and I love them. The fit is good and the quality is good for the price
As a first time customer I was highly disappointed by the lack of customer service. I wasn't allowed to cancel an order although I called days before it was shipped.
I have been getting the run around on my purchase please do something. Ordered on 8/31 and have yet to recieve anything but excuses
I ordered two pieces of clothing - bikini and a skirt - second day air. Only the skirt arrived in time for me to wear it on the holiday weekend. I will be returning the bikini and I would like a refund for the extra money I spent on the second day air for this item.

Not happy, I ordered two pairs of boots online and immediately called them to combine my orders and they advised they had already been shipped. They didn't have time to even read the order when I called.

I placed an order Aug 31 and still have not even gotten an email stating they are shipping I contacted them and was told what I ordered takes sometime but it is now Sept 9th and still no information on what is going on with my order
I ordered 6 bathing suits and a pair of shoes. Package took 2 weeks to arrive and only had 3 bathing suits and the shoes. Hand written note included saying the other 3 suits were on back order and would ship out in 7-10 business days. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! They took my MONEY for all 6 SUITS the day I made the order! The website should have indicated that the items were out of stock! And then they don't even offer rush shipping for the back order items! The free gift I selected was not what I chose also, but that's the least of my worries! I wore one of the suits yesterday to a pool and the black dye leaked out and stained my skin AND the white part of the suit! I am TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!
I absolutely love the boots. They should've been wide calf because I have killer calves but I will make them work!
Over the knee boots are tough to get a good fit with. In my experience they are always too big through the calf and thigh. Sadly these boots are a similar fit. They aren't stiff enough to stay up, so the material bags and the boots start to fall down. I love the platform part at the bottom... I just need a custom made shaft for the rest of the boot! The company was very easy to work with and order from, however. Great service and fast delivery.
