Purchased 3 pairs of shoes. They look a bit too cheap but thats not my biggest issue just yet. I buy inexpensive shoes that dont have this issueThe shoes have a very bad chemical smell. I honestly got a head ache from opening the boxes.

The site said i could use a promocode less than 30% and on lass than 5 pairs of clearance shoes. I couldnt get the price to reflect this in my cart so I emailed them and they did not honor the site even though I pointed it out. I could never get through on the phone neither.

I'll see how the shoes work out but for now I am not happy with their site, service and product presentation(in regards to smell and pictures being of better quality than actual product). Please feel free to contact me if you would like to rectify this situation.

I ordered two bathing suits a size larger than I usually get just to make sure they would fit. I went to try them on and they wouldn't even go up my leg- I'm 5'7 and weigh 135 lbs. I contacted "support" multiple times explaining I'd like a refund bring that these don't fit, they replied by saying no they were unable to accept the items back. I then asked if they could take money off the cover up, which is currently still on back order, and the best they could do is give me expedited shipping once they send it out. Worst company, I will never order from them again. You do get what you pay for with Lolli Couture.

I bought a bikini from this website and firstly they recommended the wrong size and I am obviously unable to return it but when I called to see what I could do the gentleman on the phone was very quick with me and gave me an attitude like he could care less. I might shop here again but I'm not entirely sure because if I face another problem I do not want to deal with someone like that again. I am spending my money at your store, customer service should be better.

I made my purchase a week ago and it still has not shipped. I did not receive an email from them saying anything as to where my package was but every time I checked my account it tells me that my order is processing. Now I contacted them and they responded in a very timely manner in which I did like and told me that the delay was because of the snow storm. Now me and my two roommates ordered from them all at the same time and only one of ours shipped so I don't know how much of the excuse they gave me is true but they did offer to possibly speed up my shipping for free.

I placed my order on January 20th and it is now Feb 1st; my item is still showing as processing and hasn't shipped. I reached out to customer service and they told me that it would ship soon and that all of their orders are coming out of their California warehouse as their North Carolina warehouse was affected by storms. I feel as though I have been pretty patient but still nothing. I reach out to them again today and still haven't heard anything back. Hoping to eventually receive my item but plan to file a chargeback if it's not.
