My experience was excellent. Quality was great. Price was right and shipping time was quick.
Processing as delayed. When I called I was on the phone for 30 minutes at a time, and then the phone would be busy for the rest of the day. When I finally got the product, a bathing suit, it was too small and to big at the same time! Sizing charts are off and product is of poor quality
I ordered four bathing suits from lollicouture and they were one medium two large. I am a size 5 originally and I couldn't fit any of the bottoms! I'm highly disappointed. They were really great quality. I guess I will give them to my younger teenage cousin. She is a size 2!
Items took too long to arrive, swimsuit was made of horrible quality fabric, my pair of shoes have yet to arrive and the dress I ordered for this Saturday came with a snag do I'm very dissatisfied with this company
Ordered 2 bathing suits in a size larger and I couldn't even get the bottoms up to my knees. I think they had dolls as their mannequins. Also the quality was super bad. Threads were sticking out and the material wasn't even bathing suit material. Threw out both items. What a waste of money
The bathing suits looked very cute online, but when i recieved then i discovered they are about 2 or 3 sizes too small. So I had no choice but to exchange, but unfortunately your company does not allow returns for swimwear. Thus, the customer can lose a lot of money because of this. When I discovered my swim suits were too small, I called several times and was placed on hold for least 20 minutes each time. I also sent several emails but got 3 to 4 days delayed response. So I lost about 90 dollars and got no respect or help in return. When someone actually did respond to me through email, their response was very short and unapologetic. Very bad for business.

I purchased 2 items and paid $50.00 for 2day shipping in may2015 didnt receive the items so i called to cancel the order the friday before the event which was sunday 6/8/15 today is 7/8/15 i still haven received my items of my refund looking into making this a legal matter

I ordered 3 swim suits from this company and paid extra for expedited shipping do to a vacation I had coming up. I have no idea if I liked the swimsuits or not I have never received them, which means I did not get them in time for my vacation, and did not get a CENT of my money refunded. I will never use this company again! Not to mention who knows what they did with my money or my swim suits

I'm a first time customer and I really liked their styles and prices. I placed an order on wed and it's Friday now and haven't received a confirmation email yet so I called the company to see if my order was placed and they said since swimsuits are special order, it'll take a couple more days for the order to be processed and they just received a shipment today and I'll be receiving points to my account once it's processed. I'll give it until Monday to see if there's any progress to give another review. I hope all goes well because I will be a returning customer!
