I absolutely love my swim suit that I purchased. I got my purchase in less then a week and it fits my body well! I just can't get enough of it!
I never got an email confirming that my order was shipped, and when I tried to contact the company (twice) I was put on hold for more than fifteen minutes each time. I still haven't gotten my order.
Returned 2 items for exchange on June 19 (with tracking number). They recieved it on June 22 but says on July 8 that the package hasn't been opened and verified yet. But also returned an item on July 2 and on July 7 they have recieved it and issued a store credit. CS rep can"t explain why the first one wasn't processed yet but the second one has. Asked for her supervisor but she doesn't know who they are nor does she know how to contact them. Her only concern was to. Get me off the phone so she could take another call. After this issue is resolved I will NEVER order anything again from this site. They should be shut down for failure to comply to their own policies.

Take so long sending items then when I get it. I received the wrong item. Now its taking forever to get an rma request to send it bacK. I need my outfit a week ago, still didn't get anything back.
I haven't gotten my item yet but the ordering process I didn't have any issues; based on some sites overall I'm okay with the site, but we'll see when my order gets here.
They promised 2 day shipping at an almost $30 charge, then put somewhere in fine print that the order itself wouldn't be processed for 3-4 days BEFORE it was even gonna be shipped. The product we ordered was shown on a plus model and listed what size she was wearing. When we finally got the product, it was so small, it wouldn't even fit my 80lb eleven year old. It was TINY when it was supposed to be a size adult SIXTEEN! I'll definitely be returning it and I definitely have already reported them to the BBB.
This was my first time ordering from LolliCouture. I received all the items on the date I was giving. I will shop again with LolliCouture for now on and in the future... Thank You LolliCouture! For the quick shipment and for the affordable prices...
I held on hold for 35 minutes in order to cancel my order and the shipments still came. Not to mention the rep was not friendly or helpful
I'm definitely not a happy shopper. The last couple orders I placed were all ill sized. I know my size and your sizes definitely do not fit your size chart. Even after I went up in size the items I purchased still did not fit. Thank God I have granddaughters that could fit them otherwise I would be out of almost two hundred dollars. Very displeased.
Complete orders and speed delivery, and also during the its so very cheap price, I love it.
My order didn't ship or deliver for a few weeks and when I finally got in contact with customer service, after several failed attempts, they said they couldn't find my shipment and it was too late to cancel my order.
Aside from not being happy with the dress I purchased, the company has horrible customer service. I waited 15 minutes for someone to respond my phone call(never did). Shipping took extremely long as well as a response through email to when my item would arrive. The first email said I would receive another email when my order was shipped. Never got one. To top of off the material of the dress was see through. Overall not a good experience.
Everything came on time, I really love them thanks again..
I ordered on June 23,2015. Still haven't even received an email that my shipment was sent, no update on the status of my order.
