Horrible company which took over 2000$ from me and threw up any kind of website with photos of dogs that wasn't mine not explaining the type of dogs I breed in my kennel. So I asked for a refund in which they refused to give back. They gave me the runaround about my invoices or receipts which they never sent. Now they refuse to refund me my money and now I have to seek a lawyer to refund my money. This company is a fraud I advise anyone to deal with Logo Vent.

Scammed by a professional scam artist who basically gets paid do nothing but build a case to show the credit card companies lies

The website that Logovent developed for me is beautiful, functional, and easy to navigate. It accurately reflects my brand and provides a great user experience for my visitors. I've received numerous compliments on my website and I am confident that it will help me achieve my business goals.

We tried to use them for setting up our online business. They were unable to deliver what we requested. Next I sent several emails requesting a response from the business and a refund and yet to hear from them.

Unable or refused to provide logical and obvious solutions to problems in establishing my educational portal.
1) Bought a domain name on my behalf without my permission or knowledge for 3000$ with the intention of transferring the cost to me. Turns out that the domain name I wanted which they would have found out by simply calling me costs only $12 dollars!

2)Insisted that my marketing specs required expensive 2D or even 3D animation, (at least $1500. I came up with the alternative of storyboarding\, a FREE service!

3)Now they claim that they are unable to video tape students' acts of drawing, that this can only be done by phone, when in actuality there are online video-recording functionalities available ON MANY WEBSITES.

4) Even though their stated policy is to record conversations, which I welcome because it would allow their developers to hear added, and I believe helpful, explanations of my specs that I gave by phone to my Project Manager, and in spite of my repeated requests for 10 months to company director Dale, as well as to my PM, Rebecca, to therefore allow them to listen to these conversations, this development team has yet to hear even one of these recordings. So simple to do, so basic to effective teamwork, yet still not accomplished.

And the list of their total lack of imagination competence and open-mindedness when it comes to offering customer-friendly, workable, inexpensive solutions to problems they assure me are impossible or at least very expensive to solve goes on and on...

I had been struggling with the name of my business for a long time. I wanted something catchy but also meaningful. When I found Logovent, I was blown away by the options and how easy it was to create a logo for my business! It was like magic! A friend of mine who does graphic design even complimented me on the professional look of the logo

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. I wish I would have acknowledge the negative reviews when reading the reviews before I chose to work with this company. If you're reading my review right now, turn back because these people are con artist they're disrespectful and they are greedy. They work on your project when ever they feel like it. Their designs suck, they always try to convince you not pay for all types of products and services. And try to find a way to scam you somehow. Unfortunately I cannot say to much on here with my whole situation but just know I already have been speaking to a lawyer and I hope sooner or later this company goes out of business so they won't hurt any more small business just trying to pace a way. Again if you read this far into my review turn back theirs plenty of great companies out there that'll get you where you need to be instead of pushing you back. Just giving a heads up of something I went through and by the looks of it with all the bad reviews a bunch of other people had went through with this company as well. Enter at your own risk!

We Hired Logovent to design a Logo in 2020 when they did everything we ask for and more we hired them to the tune of 2800 to design and host our website. The email hosting is outdated and hard to navigate and their design site is far from high-end. We paid a little extra here and a little extra there for Different services and for them to provide content that ultimately was not written well, for them to provide 3 months of SEO among other things. 4 weeks after our website went live we got a call that our SEO had expired and they used the argument that it started when we signed our contract not when the site went live. Over the course of the following year we would get calls asking for $600-$1200 for different changes they said had to be made, the last time this happened I called another web developer and the change they were saying would cost us $600 from logovent was a easy fix and would cost us less than $50 else where. At that point we chose to move our hosting else where which ended up being a night mare, they first refused to release it until I threateded to get Lawyers involved then tried to Charge us over $250 to write everything up to move it (which was already done where we chose to host). Nearly a year later I got another call that they were under new ownership and management, I gave them the chance to fix it but after refusing to provide the services they had been paid for and not completed to begin with unless we paid for certain aspects again we chose to go else where yet again because I refused to put more money on the line for a subpar job again. Please dont use or trust this company to design or host your web page.

They're scammers, I wasn't satisfied with them, bc they were not really working on my project but they pretend to, so I asked for my money back as their return policy supposed to be, they got really rude and yelled at me and said in a very rude unprofessional way they're not giving me back anything, they used street language, yelled and insults, they don't work they just play around and steal people, please be careful. They're cruel, no humanity in them, evil people and very rude. One day they will know how it feels to be scammed.

Using the site was enjoyable and I found a few icons that worked for me. I contacted them they guided me to choose between a couple and your rating system helped me get feedback from several friends.

I asked if it was possible for me to get something done in a certain amount of time they assured me they could. I pay 120$ they called me a few days prior to when I needed this complete and told me they couldn't do it. So I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give me it and then DAYS after I needed it they sent me what I asked for instead of the refund. Do not recommend.

Beware, beware, beware! If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was quoted an initial fee for a web revamp, which I paid for. Once assigned a project manager, I was quoted a fee ten times that amount. I'm still waiting for a refund of my initial payment.

I ordered a barbershop logo. My order was completed promptly and I was satisfied with the results. Thankyou Logovent!

Prepared a spec that was agreed to after looking at a template that fit the bill. Paid $1,000 in May 2021 and then the fun began. From the outset the assigned Project manager didn't have a clue. A 60 day project has been ongoing for 10 months! Reviewed several iterations of a website that never functioned. And here we are in February 2022 and they don't even respond to emails. They are just in the wrong business and should be banned from doing whatever it is they do. They don't build websites!

Logo Vent made the logo process smooth and easy. I had something very specific in mind and happily extended my contest to ensure that I could talk to the designers and get exactly what I wanted. I love that I have a logo that is as unique as my business.

Using Logo Vent was a fantastic experience! The site is very user-friendly and intuitive. Our contest generated a large variety of creative designs to choose from and the designers were friendly and responsive to requests. It was fun to see creativity come from all over the world. I would use Logo Vent again and would highly recommend it to anyone!
