This is a terrible company. My original agreement with them was that they would design my website and I would do my own advertising and marketing. When my website was complete, I asked for my login information and I was laughed at. After asking 3 times for my login information they proceeded to ignore me. They never finished my last batch of designs I paid for either. Please do not give these people your money.
I highly recommend them! I got my order on time. They are a very cooperative and dedicated team!, some of the logos are attached below.
Logovent is my first experience with it, and I am thrilled with the results. All my little changes were handled with such patience. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with. It has been the best experience of my life, and I would recommend it to anyone.

On initial inquiry, you get a lot of email from them, suggesting there's a team. It seems like they are a team of one. One guy using multiple names to give the appearance of them being larger or adequately staffed. There's a lot of pressure to pay in advance. When you press them for what they actually deliver you get a list of features but no specifics. It appears they charge a lot of money for what any number of DIY web hosting services often provide for free. Do your research or hire a local company to help you.
With LogoVent, I've had over five logos designed, and I continue to recommend it whenever someone asks where to get a logo designed.
You can find the right logo by looking at as many submissions from designers as possible. You may not only for the design of the logo but also for the creative logo ideas that you would never have thought of.
They make sure you are 100% satisfied with their customer service. It's rare for me to write reviews, so you're reading this because I am so happy with the service.
I'm too angry to write all the details but let's just say they got over a $1,000 if my dollars and kept trying to get more and it's been 4months and still no website and now no correspondence. I'm a small business so this hurts they even tried to make me write a good review before getting the finished product. Probably to scam more ppl. I'm so upset. I could've saved money I needed it for so many other things. What they've done is cruel and I don't even have the words to express my frustration. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT use this fake company.
If I could give them negative stars I would, this company promised a 3D logo with three aspects I needed. 18 days have gone by and the haven't taken any of my notes for revisions. There communication is extremely poor; example we will get the revised logo to you tomorrow morning... 3 days later I get a logo that hits none of my concerns 3 days earlier. I e asked for a refund for 48 hours now and still can get anything emailed to me saying I get one. I've dealt with three different employees Conrad, Jason and Jacob all need a lesson in customer service and deadline timing.
This is the worst company you better look somewhere else If i was you... The worst experience...
These guys are scammers not a US based company. You pay and will not get services. Protect yourself, your pockets and run!
I'm never up for giving reviews, but this time it felt like that I should do it. If you're an artist just like me and want the general public to notice you, you surely need a professional and custom logo. I found these guys and they had some pretty good reviews online. The logo they made was far better than what I ever imagined. You always have to respect good art and this review is all about that.
