Warning! Stay clear of this fraudulent loan company (Affirm) and their deceptive business practice
I truly hate that I have to leave a one star rating for this company but I have to inform the public about this fraudulent company and the horrible and deceptive business practices. I will post anywhere I can and as often as I can, about the crooks running this place.
I recently checked my Experian credit score an found this company on my credit report claiming a delinquent payment. I have NEVER had an Affirm loan! I am currently disputing it with Affirm and Experian. The rep at Experian told me where I could find Affirm's company contact information. I called Affirm's customer service. The service rep could not find my name of file. I informed them that I do not have nor ever will I a account with them. I spoke with a supervisor who ran into the same problem. Can't find a account linked with my name. Finally they asked for my telephone number and stated that w there is a account linked with your telephone number. Lmfao My phone number!?!? - I stated why would you not first call me if you have my number, so we could straighten this fraud out? What business attacks someone's credit report based on a phone number?!?! I asked for the name connected to my phone number and they refused to give me that name. They said that it came from a Walmart purchase, it is a "option" a buyer has through Walmart on check-out to buy products they wish to finance in payments. So naturally, I asked "do you see my frustration here?" It is obvious you are talking to a enraged person about a account linked to the wrong number that is attached to a "she" as the rep referred to the person linked to the telephone number. They refuse to disclose the name. Credit is not granted by a phone number! It is against the law to grant credit with a phone number! I have filed a complaint with both Affirm and Experian, and the FCC department and I am prepared to go all the way to the United States highest court of appeals if I have to do so. All while documenting every phone call, every letter, every email and time put into this matter, so that I may file a lawsuit myself for all damages they have caused me in having to correct this stupid claim.

Jeff, the sales rep went up and. Beyond call of duty.he took care of every detail, he even helped me to pick out a roof color to help match my 2 tone siding and trim. Thanks everyone, Job well done
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired this company to do a stamped patio, walkway, pour a concrete pad for a dog kennel and resolve a water issue. The water issue is during heavy rain water will run into my basement garage area and the building where my dog kennels will be. We wrote the contract and I paid half the money upfront $4500. After the job was completed I paid the other $4500, but there were still things he agreed/needed to do such as: paint the border on the patio and seal it. The weather was not cooperating at that time and the concrete needed to set up first. After not hearing from him after the final $4500 was paid, my husband called and Mr. Sullivan said he needed to wait until the weather was warm to complete the job. The weather warmed up and he never came to finish the job. A big part of the job was to resolve the water issue. Me and 4 other people expressed our concern that his plan was not going to hold up under heavy thunderstorms. Mr. Sullivan insisted it would. Unusual for N. C. weather, we had major thunderstorms on Sat. Jan. 11th and the 13th. As expected, my basement garage and building flooded on both days. This water could have seriously injured my dogs if occupied but the building is not ready for them yet. I contacted Mr. Sullivan and he said he would come that day at 3:00. He did not call and he did not show up. He called 3 hrs. Later and said he would come the next morning. He did show up for that and when we talked he was argumentative and defensive. He didn't even remember telling my husband he was going to paint the border nor anything in the contract. He did say he would " try" something to resolve the water issue. After paying $9,000 I told him I was not paying any more money for a job that was not done correctly. He asked for money for the supplies and stated he would do the labor for free. I did not agree, but he said he would call later with quotes and be here the next day to fix it. He never called or showed up. We did communicate via text after this and he did propose to fix it with the most ridiculous, cheapest way out idea just like the first time. His plan would have never held up and I was not going to risk my dogs getting hurt. At this point he had already proved he does things the fastest, cheapest way, is unresponsive, dishonest and does not stand by his work. He did not even pour the concrete pad correctly for the dog kennels so instead of being able to house 5 rescue dogs, I can only house 4. The new contractor I have had to hire did a laser test and the concrete Mr. Sullivan poured is actually turning the water towards my basement and dog kennels!
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: I filed a complaint against this company with the Better Business Bureau and Mr. Sullivan FAILED to respond. The case was closed as UNANSWERED. If he is not going to respond to them, what is the probability he will respond to you when the job is not done correctly and after he has taken your money? I am sure he will have a politically correct response but just type in Carolina Decorative Concrete and you will see the complaint (s), or you can contact Melissa Neal at *******@bbbtrust.org Phone: *******457. So no matter what his response to this review is, I think this claim speaks for itself.
Beware of this company. I worked for Commonwealth Energy as a Sales Rep but have never been paid by them for any of the customers that I brought to them. After months of not receiving any payment for my work, I asked them for payment and why I haven't been paid. They told me they would pay me but never did, and from then on it has been nothing but lies, excuses and avoiding my calls. It is hard to believe a company would treat their employees so poorly but Commonwealth Energy has no problem doing that to people who work for them, so I doubt they care about their customers either.
Beware of VRBO. I was cheated out of over $1000. I went to my account to make a reservation. When I made the reservation from my account I gave a different email to contact me than the one that was on my account. When the trip time arrived I discovered no reservation listed in my account. I presumed that the reservation was not accepted. I scrambled to find a place to stay. When I arrived home I found out I was charged over $1000 for the reservation I did not know I had. I called customer service but they said it was my fault for using a different email despite that I made the reservation logged into my VRBO account. Not well run/ not user friendly. I use Airbnb 4-5 times a year and have never had this problem. Customer service is not a priority for their business model.
I place my baby for adoption many years ago and Open Door Adoption started a support group for birth mothers. I attended several times and it was very special talking to other birth mothers that also chose a plan of adoption. This is a great agency. The picture below is of the day I met my beautiful birth daughter!

Do not trust this company for your business. Many promises were made and very dishonest with communications and contract that was signed. When they couldn't find a third-party buyer for our home they canceled the contract 10 days before closing. They would not even return phone calls to explain why they chose to terminate contract specifically.
I just recently hired Tile Excellence to come and repair a tile floor at my condo. I must say how impressed I was with our final results. He showed up exactly on time and was very professional. If your looking for someone to do a quality job at a fair price Lam NGuyen is excellent.
We have 19 year old carpet in our family room that is still in good shape. I could not find any new carpet that compared to the quality of this carpet so we decided to have it cleaned. Zack and Logan did a great job of restoring it to look almost brand new! They were very professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Shambaugh Cleaning.and Restoration

I made an appointment on Thursday the 17th of October Service girl Tammy gave me a 7 a.m. appointment on October 18th. I brought the vehicle there at 6:45 a.m. at 7:05 someone came out to me brought me inside said my service advisor was Anderson Pierre he wasn't in yet they had me wait in his office about 10 minutes he showed up about 7 to 10 minutes after 7 a.m. very unprofessional not very courteous I told him my problem with my 2019 Dodge Challenger was making a ticking noise on the right tire area when turning the wheel left in a circle and I read online that possibly could be a bad CV joint he took my information I had a courtesy van take me home about eight miles away I called at noon time he told me the car hadn't been brought in he said he would call me back in an hour? At 3 p.m. I called Mr Anderson, he said I have some updates for you he had the phone off the hook for 15 minutes while I was on the phone not on hold but hearing the background noises he then got back to me in 15 minutes while I'm waiting told me that the mechanic is going to drive it around he hasn't heard any noises yet so they didn't even bring the car in and I had an appointment at 7 a.m. and 6 to 7 hours later they still had not looked at the car until I made the second call and they hadn't even put it up on the lift to check underneath the vehicle so I would say never go to this place I didn't go to Massey Yardley in Plantation, where I bought the car, because they have horrible service too but as this place was my second choice because I thought I would get some better service but apparently not!? Horrible service, stay away!
Rolling Hills Landscape just finished putting in my yard. The bid was comparable with other landscape companies. They crew was on time, they worked so hard, double checked to make sure to get all the plants exactly where I wanted them.
They finished on time.
My yard looks beautiful. My next door neighbor is also very impressed with this company after seeing the quality of their work.
I highly recommend this company.
This is an awesome place. I call it my motivation place. It gives me a peace of mind on trying to get rid of the fat. I start in August. My husband constantly stayed on my back about the cost of the sessions. But I continue to go and lost 3.9 body fat and overall 5.9. I will continue to go and see what the outcome will be. So far so good.

I would give this business a zero too, if I could. Facts ( see receipt below):
1) On June 04,2019 I submitted three items ( Items from Restoration- Luxe Faux Fur Blanket, Pillowcase, Lumbar Case) for dry-clean only. Receive a claim check # D ******* at 6:19pm. Total cost $35.45
2) Returned June 11,2019 for pickup, one week later to find each item ( Observed through the clear cleaning bag) destroyed. In the store, in-front of the person working, we both pulled out each item to find that they washed and dried each. Yes, wash/dried items that clearly state dry-clean only, and that I stated dry clean. The items complete shrunk, and lost "all" form and faux.
3) The person kept my items, and assured me that they would address me on what I could expect in return.
4) No follow-up, no insight to resolution. I was given the phone number to the owner, as apparently the owner would not reply to his employee. I've called the cleaners weekly. No return calls. I've gone back to the cleaners, nothing! I've sent 15 text to owner.
5) Called the owner he answered, only to say he had a cold and that he would call me back ( I can make this up!). I sent several more texts, and left many more emails.
6) Just left work and stopped by the cleaners, and spent several minutes all to receive smiles and statement to say, they would call me in order to let me know. FYI... this is the person (employee) doing the training for new personell
7) June, July, August, September. Now Im asking for my product to be returned. Not only do they have answers to how to address the damage, but they can't find my stuff! As they smile and say they will call me back.
What would you do? This is the worst place ever!
Dr Rebecca Falasfi is an amazing individual and her staff is amazing as well. They are a stand up comoany and are very polite and have everyones best intrest at heart. They are recommened to everyone out there if for yourself or your children. I considered this office family.
Walking into Ript Fitness was by far, the best thing I have ever done for myself! I don't often write reviews but when I do, it is because something is truly special and fantastic and this place and its trainers deserve all the praise in the world!
When I walked into Ript back in June, I was truly defeated. I had been trying to lose weight for the past 2 1/2 years with little progress. (I had gained a significant amount of weight about 5 years ago due to stress and workout injuries). I was doing everything "right"... I went to my doctor, saw a nutritionist, worked out with a personal trainer, tried different workout programs, rehabbed my sports injuries, etc., but it always seemed that something was missing from my routine to help me reach my goals. I didn't have a cohesive program and I always had questions going unanswered. THEN, I asked for help from Dustin Carnish and the trainers at Ript to get me on track and I am FINALLY reaching my goals! You get the whole package here... awesome, caring, and knowledgeable trainers, a fun, energetic atmosphere, dynamic and varied workouts, and constant support and encouragement from everyone at Ript. I did the 42 day challenge and my before and after photos are incredible. I made more progress in 42 days than I have in 2 1/2 years and I feel amazing, energized and empowered. If you are looking for an amazing workout and some of the best people I have ever met, go to Ript. I couldn't recommend them more!
For a year or so I have been taking my car in so these people can figure out what is the problem that is causing a slow leak in one of the tires. The last time I took it in was less than a month ago on 8/11/19. The tire has lost 12 PSI since then. This time, I had a problem with their funky online appointment site so I sent them an email clarifying that I would be in today, 9/8/19 in the AM to drop off the car. In response, I got a system-generated email, an email from a CSR, and a CALL from a CSR all telling me that I was good to bring the car in today in the morning.
So, I arrive at 8:50 AM only to find a sign hanging on the door saying that they are closed today for a COMPANY PICNIC! I was wondering why there was not a line of cars waiting for service as there usually is on a Sunday. Apparently, these IDIOTS told everyone about the COMPANY PICNIC except me even though they had THREE times to do so. It was too late to call my wife and tell her to not pick me up so that was another WASTE OF TIME and gas.
Well, this is how it is, BB, I will NEVER buy another set of tires from you lazy $#*! MORONS (after buying at least 7 sets of them) and I will NOT bring my car back so you can attempt to fix the problem I am having since you seem to be too STUPID to figure it out and your "customer service" SUCKS so much.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, PEOPLE!
