This website is scamming you for your personal info! In the ordering process, they ask for your phone number (requires phone verification), real address (they will know if you use VPN). Once I've made my order, I've received an email that my order needs to be further approved and that was followed by another email, asking me to photograph my credit card along with time and date, so now they have that piece of information as well. In the end, in yet another email they've decided NOT to approve my order by writing the following: "Unfortunately, the review team rejected your order. So as not to inconvenience you any further, I can confirm that your order has now been cancelled and the transaction voided/refunded." I've used plenty of similar websites before, but this many privacy violations are one big giant red flag. Stay away.
Bought a cd key for three kingdoms, recieved straight away and immediately typed into steam to find out it had already been registered/used and invalid. Steam confirmed time/date that the key was registered, this was BEFORE I bought the key. Sent evidence to CD keys (my reciept and steams message) they were not interested and insisted key was not used (despite evidence) they are refusing to refund or give me a key that is valid! Basically sold me a invalid key that is already used, will let paypal and my bank sort now. Ill stick buying direct from Steam... lesson learnt
I've tried to activate my purchase on steam, but got an "Duplicate Product Code" error. So probably they made an error entering these codes in there system and sold this code twice. They basically told me it's not their problem and aren't going to refund my purchase.
This was my third order, my second order went fine, but my first order also had problems. They sold me a region free key, which turn out to have a region restriction on it and also didn't work

Have a key now after 19 hours. It's the standard edition, not deluxe as I ordered. Bumped up review score to two stars from one.
I decided to buy a copy of FFXIV complete addition, the key was delivered to me but was invalid, I immediately send them an email with screenshots to prove the key is invalid. I then later get an email stating that it is locked to the EU region (I am from South Africa but we still connect to EU) and I will be refunded, I then explain the above to support and he tells me that it will go through a review process and he ignores my reply regarding the EU compatability with South African Servers, next I get the following email:

Thanks for your patience.
Upon verifying the key on this order, we found it to be already used/redeemed. Unfortunately, we're able to refund only for unused key(s). To clarify, once the key/code is redeemed, it gets linked to the account permanently, and this cannot be undone in any way. Our normal policy, like most other retailers, is that we are unable to issue a replacement or refund on used digital goods as they were sent to your email, valid and unused.

I did not activate the key and I did not receive what I paid for, neither was I refunded, I have basically been scammed.
Update: I was contacted by CDKeys two days ago, still no update on their terrible customer service
Worst Customer Service I've experienced in years.
I placed multiple orders with CD keys without a problem. Today, I went to buy something and got rejected. I figured I entered my card number wrong so I switched to PayPal. My order went into 'requires verification status'. So I went ahead and jumped through their hoops.
They approve the order. I go to get my key... and boom. It's back to verification. Before I can even look at my email, I have another message that says my order has been cancelled and refunded. Weird, but okay. I try again with a different card and it works but goes BACK into verification!
I jump through different hoops. They ask about the PayPal charge back. I say 'That was you guys. I didn't ask for that. I just want my product'. They ask the SAME QUESTION AGAIN! Which I'm like 'Okay, I just answered but I'll try another way'.
A moment later, they cancel/reject the order and say 'I hope this explains the situation'. What explanation? There was none! And then they wouldn't reply to my requests for more information including the following questions:
1) Why are my orders being rejected?
2) Should I just never bother to work with you again?
3) Can you communicate the problem to me so I can fix it?
They clearly don't care so if you get verification request, you're probably just done. This was terrible and I'll never go back to them again.

Lied to me about refund then tried taking my review down, very sad...
Charged 2 keys, told me refund was made TWICE (was not according to PayPal). Told Cdkeys there was no refund according to paypal, then suddenly an instant refund because I insisted otherwise I probably wouldn't have gotteb my refund. Then I reviewed them and they reported it for defamatory?
I bought a 12 month key for XBOX Live and they sent me a code. I entered it and xbox says the code has already been used. I've tried to contract the company many times but they refuse to send me any emails in return. I've tried their phone number but I get an automated message telling me that they are busy and then it hangs up on me. I am beyond FURIOUS! Do not buy from CDKEYS!
I was wrong.im the one who made a mistake and bought the wrong xbox live key. After i raised it with you. You refunded me with no hussles and i bought the right one and everything went well. Delievered in less than 10 secs after purchase.im very sorry for thinking and saying wrong things.
Have bought 2 keys from the site to have both of them not work and be called DUPLICATE already used codes from Steam server. They have since fixed the issue. Just beware
Bought a xbox gold live membership key
Bought a xbox gold live membership key for 12 month. CDKEYS supplied with a stolenk keys. I checked with xbox customer service and they confirmed that we are not using the keys.
When I contacted CDKEYS, they did not respond.
Keys are not working, and says it is already redeemed
Ordered a key, got sent a key, didn't work. Contacted support, followed their instructions, key still didn't work. Now won't give me a refund or a working key. BEEN RIPPED OFF!
UPDATE: CDKeys have now refunded me the full amount for the key and given me a £5 discount for my next purchase.
I brought a couple of expansion games to which i received an email telling me it was under review, for what reason is beyond me.
They took my money but then decide to review it before they even release my download - absolute joke of a company.
I then get told i need to send in my bank card picture with the date and time written on a piece of paper! This is completely bizarre. - never before have any reputable company asked for this kind of information.
I would think twice before placing an order with these people.
Spend a few bucks more and get your games elsewhere. I tried saving a few bucks on a game, but received an invalid key. Sent numerous support tickets but all of them were ignored. This company is very shady, no contact number, no reply to support ticket.
Edit. Support finally contacted me, but they did resolve the issue.
Answer: Don't, the site is a scam. If you won't receive the product you will never get your money back.
