The experience was not great. Do not buy from here. Their order cancellation policy is predatory and is hidden in their return policy.

If you order more than one item, they will only let you return one item for a partial refund even if there's a problem.

I tried to return two dresses that I ordered according to their size chart for my daughters' homecoming dance. They came in hilariously undersized.

The store refuses to make it right and got aggressive when I told them it wasn't right for me to have to eat $120+ return shipping for a $300 order for them giving me incorrectly sized dresses that I made sure were in line on their size charts.

They swore it was due to their return policy, which says NOTHING about only being able to return one item. I'm having to take it up with my credit card vendor because this is scammer behavior.

When I told them that I was going to report them and leave bad reviews, they proceeded to email me several times citing defamation rather than making it right. (It'd be cheaper to just refund my money)

Seriously. Don't give these people money. You're literally paying for disappointment.

The dress was made poorly. The hem is uneven and crooked. It folds under places and is just awful. They will not honor the return policy on the website. Terrible dress and even worse customer services.

My daughter ordered a prom dress for $150.00 When it arrived, it did not fit. We immediately put back in the packaging with the tags attached. I followed the return policy by emailing customer service and requesting a refund. They told me that I would have to pay the shipping back to China and they would cover the cost of the dress. The shipping to the address they sent in China was $204.00

I too ordered from their website just recently without doing a deep background check which I highly regret. I asked if their pictures are legit in the website and they told me they make the dress based off pictures of dresses online. I then asked them for evidence of this and they never replied.

I also searched online to see if their reviews were genuinely authentic and more than half the reviews came from other legit companies that sold the dress for a higher price.

I Aslo found that the return policy is absolutely bull crap from the very view other buyers that I had to find on different websites such as Poshmark, because apparently llella can't have any bad reviews. The same person on Poshmark was selling their dress because they couldn't return it or get a refund.

Their instagram has 45 followers. Facebook as of today 3/13/2024 only has 11 followers. I can't find them on TikTok and there's almost very little information on their legitimacy. Half the reviews saying it's a scam fail to go in detail and the other reviews that claim the website is the best are also fake.

Last but not least when trying to call the company using the phone number they provided on llella, my phone didn't ring.

Honestly I'm really disappointed in myself for dropping 200$ on a scam. Hopefully this review helped someone because no matter where I went the reviews were not enough to keep me at ease. Also to quickly note, the possibility of receiving a dress is there. However it's highly likely the dress is absolutely not the same!

Regardless pleaseeeeee please please don't use this website! I'm actually sick to my stomach.
