Poor service

Bought a hotel voucher. Hotel closed during covid. Tried to get refund as wife pregnant and will not be able to visit hotel in next few months. After 3 refund requests and a live chat, the policy is credit for 3 months. Every other deals company offer 12 months. Very poor
