I am a customer there for 6 or 7 years. In my opinion they started out perfect, with the most amazing girls you can ever imagine. Since they are so big, they never thought they might change something for their customers or even worse, for their models. The Models are their capital, but instead of havind a back bone to protect their models, they feel more addicted to work together with the studios, that let girls work 12 hours per day and 6 days a week. This modern slavery is not part of your rating. Even if a model got out of her contract with the studio, LJ follows the studio rules, that will suspend her for 3 years on LJ, even though she has been loyal with LJ. This is how they really treat their most valuable good, or should I say the weakest link in the business chain?

I've been a user of this site for nine years now, and in recent years I've only seen their service get worse.
For example, buying a real gift to give a model and she just returns it, because she didn't have money to pay for the gift received?

Stay away from the model ASHLEILEE. This girl will try to sucker money out of you outside of jasmin. She knows the angles to get away with the illegal activities that she conducts to scam you of money so that she can collect 100% of the money by going around jasmin. I have seen many members fight and complain with her about the way she swindles you for money. She pretends to be innocent and being in compliance with the rules, but these are the tricks that she has up her sleeves. Stay clear and far away!

A lot of people I've seen complain about this site and not getting what they want makes me wonder? I've used this site for about 4 months now and have had Overall great experience. I've made friends with 6 women on there who I see regularly and have become close with one of them. If you meet the right girls and treat them with respect then you will get it back in return. A lot of these women deal with rude and crazy requests from guys every day so by making them feel special and treating them well goes a long way on this site. Extorting so much money from users and models from crooks.
Charging much more than expected from the user.

Live jasmine has ok production but they are knowingly allowing Russian models to claim they are from the Ukraine in order to get sympathy and better tips. They are ladies and need to be respected... if they wanted to they cud be selling themselves on the street. Most won't dance, they just sit they staring at the monitor. Very few smiles. Stoic facial expressions. When you click on them to dance, they don't. Idk how this site "THE BEST webcamsite". Its designed and the models are all obviously well trained tricksters, to give as little show for your credits as possible.

I Purchased the low-end amount for Credits ($31.90) and an email receipt reflected that purchase. I viewed the models in their "Private Show" for no more than 10 minutes. I then checked my email to discover TWO MORE $31.90 charges were registered! I called their billing section, and they claimed I "enabled" their new "Smart Buy" feature, which automatically repurchases credits when you run low. I did not enable anything, and the email receipt will bear that out. As I stated, I only viewed 10 minutes total of the Private Shows, and now I have more than $90.00 debited. They will not refund my money, and I intend to report this to the authorities. Do NOT use the Live Jasmin website.

Update: Live Jasmin has refunded the amount of my residual credits (22,83), but I am STILL out $31.90. To sum up the situation, I paid $62.00 to watch 10 minutes worth of "Private Shows".
