I uploaded one of the resumes I made on LiveCareer onto Jobscan and a lot of the key words were not picked up. I also don't like how difficult these layouts are to edit in my own word processing software.

Ive been using this app for a while and I would say that it definitely helped me getting a job, it's really easy to create your own resume and easy to send to all recruiters.
Unfortunately this app it's really expensive for me to be paying $25 a month.

Unless you want YS$20 deducted from your bank for the rest of your life. After attempting to unsubscribe, which they make very difficult, I had to report them to the bank. It was only via the bank that I could block them. Scammers.

The person I spoke with on the phone was courteous and he tried to be helpful, but in the end, he wasn't able to solve my problem. I have an outdated credit card that I need to update in order for my billing to continue, but when I try to add my credit card, I get an error saying that the update wasn't successful. The final suggestion was to reboot my computer and try it again. I'll try that tomorrow, but my guess is that it won't change the outcome. I may try to revisit this again next week.

No consent for any subscription and yet I was charged already for 5 months. Every month the charge comes 3 days earlier so even if you did consent you will be charged 13 times each year. This is clearly organized fraud.
When logging into your account you will not find any possibility to retrieve past payments nor an option to cancel your "so-called subscription".

Answer: This is what the site advertised: For 14 day access, $14.95, and for a year $39.80. However, signing up for ANY service aloows the site to store your payment information for further billing, and getting in touch with them, much less obtaining help is nigh impossible. After two weeks they will pull $39.80 MONTHLY from your payment method (please see my review and others on Google and yelp for further verification of this).

Answer: I had to cancel my Debit Card account with Bank of America, because the Bank refused to block LiveCareer from my account. I wonder if they are in cahoots or what? I believe a class action suit may be required so we can get our funds back.
Answer: Call your bank and change your card number Call them and let them know you have contacted your bank and will contact the better business bureau of you don't get a full refund. Then contact the better bBB and file a formal complaint. You will have a refund within a week. That's how I got my money back
Answer: Dont waste your time trying to contact them. I went to my bank and had all future billing refused AND I went to the State Attorney General and reported them.
