I am writing to request a refund for a subscription charge that was recently taken from my account.
I used your CV service only once and was not aware that I had been enrolled in a recurring monthly subscription. I did not intend to continue using the service, and I did not knowingly agree to ongoing monthly charges.
As I have not used the service since the initial CV creation, I kindly request:
1. A full refund of the most recent charge
2. Immediate cancellation of the subscription to prevent any future billing
