You understand, acknowledge and agree that some profiles appearing on Livebeam may be created or operated by Livebeam or third-party contractors. The purpose of these types of profiles is to stimulate conversation with Users and encourage further and broader participation in all of Livebeam services. In addition, these types of profiles serve to sample User activities and communications to ensure compliance with these Terms. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that said profiles do not pertain to any actual person, but are included in Livebeam for the reasons stated hereinabove. You further understand, acknowledge and agree that Livebeam personnel or contractors may contact Users, from time to time, via computer-generated instant messages or emails for purposes of encouraging further or broader participation in Livebeam. Such messages and emails can also serve the purpose of monitoring User activity. Firstly, our Affiliate Partner gathers and verify personal background information, ID, and other documents of the member as well as upload verification video where the member gives her/his consent to use our Website.
