Had a credit card issue when I tried to purchase credits. So they blocked me from using their website. When I contacted them to clear this up they sent me an automated message. It stated that they can block anybody for any reason and not have to explain why.
Pretty sure all the profiles are fake and just designed to keep people talking and spending money.
