Linkbot Pte Ltd is a disrespectful customer service

Linkbot Pte Ltd is one of the recommended service providers on sendpulse. I entered their whatsapp chat bot and asked a question and got a horrible mimicing response! And they blocked me in the messanger so I couldn't even answer this.
Obviously this company is a scam if they disrespect customers like that
Look at the conversation. Is it how you should talk to the customer?
