I ordered a comforter set which was to include 2 standard sized pillow shams (approx. 21"x 27"). However when everything was unpacked, the included shams measured approx. 27" x 34". Contacted company to replace shams. Was told I would have to return the complete set and they would measure the shams for the exchange. Never received a replacement. Never received any notification about whether shams could be found in the right size, NOTHING. About a month later I called to check on the replacement and was told it looked like nothing had been done. When I reordered I explained about the shams and that I had been told they would check to ensure the shams would be the correct size. Today I received my replacement order, unpacked the shams which measure approx. 27" x 34". If they don't make shams in the standard size for pillows in the US it should indicated in the catalog and at the very least, I should have been told when an exchange was requested and certainly should have been told at the time of reorder. Now I am forced to repack and struggle with this huge box, a second time, to get it to the post office for mailing. I, personally will make sure I do not shop any of the 14 shops under the Orchard umbrella and strongly recommend you DO NOT SHOP AT LINEN SOURCE.

I needed some special pillow covers for my daughter's bed and I found them here. They have a really nice selection of bed linens at very reasonable prices. Unfortunately, one of the items they sent was incorrectly packaged. I got on the phone with them and they corrected the problem for me very quickly. Within a few days I had the correct product, and when they received my return they promptly credited my card. I was very pleased and would definitely do business with them again.
