I've preordered games from the site before without any problems. Yes, it can take a long time for the games to be manufactured and shipped but that is clear at the time of ordering them. However, they are very slow to ship games that are already manufactured and in their warehouse. I bought one such game almost a month ago and still have not received it. When I contacted customer service about it, they said that they were very busy and would ship the game to me when they got around to it. Seriously? I know they're not Amazon but come on, even small online retailers ship faster than this!
