Limeroad will first lure innocent buyers with fancy ads then dump them even for a minor size complaint citing'No Returns policy'! My concern was not about Returns. It was about Replacement Only. They never mentioned anywhere that'Replacements Not Allowed' but will still not accept even size replacements of the same sent item! Yet to see bigger fraudsters than these people. Their customer service is pathetic and they are trained to reject even most legitimate requests like change of size etc. Beware of these cheaters as you are bound to lose your money as well peace of mind.

Inspite of the varied bad reviews and warnings about by the substandard products, I went ahead and ordered from limeroad since I have never been scamed before and was confident I would never be. I bought 6 items out of which only 4 were delivered to me all separately on separate days and with the delivery of the 4th product the app showed 3 items delivered though only 1 product was delivered, and the company claims all 6 were delivered, which is clearly false. Innumerable complaints (letters and calls)to the customer care were of no use. They keep replying that their investigations say products were delivered. So clearly limeroad is hand in hand in scamming people along with their delivery agent,, Who do not deliver the products yet click on delivered. And then company says products were delivered to ur doorstep! I have been scammed of 2 products- limeroad has to refund my 1800/- Rs.
So dont be fooled, better not to buy from limeroad as anyways their products are of cheap and of poor quality- returned back 3 of the 4 delivered. To me!
Please be warned!

I received scrap material in place of kurti I ordered for. I was following up customer care more than a month, first they're not responding on time, and second they're careless for giving a reply. After so many follow up and i did how they said, still at end I got reply as weight of parcel was same during packing to till delivered stage.

Means like scrap material has no weight in packet. It's very disgusting and i lost Rs 709.

Please dont trapped by Limeroad. It's not a trustworthy site. N i am now very careful. Please open the packet in front of delivery boy itself. Else it will be very difficult to get your money back.

Never buy from limeroad. Period. Not a single product is good or as shown on the site. And they don't give refund on return, only store credit so forced too get another useless item.

I purchased a dress recently from Limeroad and it was gorgeous, I enjoyed shopping with them and will definitely order again soon.
