I have been beading for over 20 years. Lima Beads is a fantastic supplier among the many out there. Their website is clear and concise. The products are competitively priced and unique. Their staff and customer service is among the best. They are my go to for beading supplies.

I ordered strawberry beads. The picture showed a red/pink 14mm bead. I was shipped a 14mm flesh colored bead. It isn't what I need so I emailed. Customer service responded right away but they don't care. It took 3 requests to get the Return Authorization they claim to have sent.

So if you need flesh colored beads order strawberry. Ignore the picture. They certainly do. I do not recommend.

I have placed several orders with Lima Beads this year, and have not had one single problem with any of the orders. NONE, which is pretty spectacular compared to several other online bead suppliers. Prices are good, competitive. Quality has always been great. Their organization of the orders is done well - bead types are bagged with numbers that correspond to the invoice; makes it very easy to inventory.

I have been purchasing beads here for years and have never been disapointed. The quality is always great and I save a lot of money. I'm writing this review because I got the wrong chain in my order today. It's the first time I've gotten the wrong item. I contacted them and they're expressing me the chain I ordered. A+ service.

I like how they provide a wide and fun range of products on their site, such as Zola elements and Greek patina beads. Their delivery is also very prompt. However, their basic beading supplies (such as chain and nails) seem a bit limited and more expensive than other companies' products. Nevertheless, they are a fun site to buy from because of the quirky and special products that the sell.
