Web site is a little confusing. Need a better description of the naming of cabinets. What is the style door and what is the color. Lennon has been awesome answering all my questions even the repeated ones.

I originally purchased painted cabinets in 2011 for my old house for my kitchen and pantry remodel. They were wonderful and held up perfectly through the time I sold in 2019. Now in my newly constructed home, I am disappointed with my new cabinets from Echelon and will be adding and/or replacing my cabinets. I returned to Lilyann looking for cabinets but the WEBSITE is very difficult to maneuver. It is so slow that I now give up and am looking for other cabinet manufacturers. I hope Lilyann fixes the website problem very soon because I am ready to give up altogether. As to the quality of the cabinets in 2011- they were high quality in my opinion, very durable (painted) and held up through a family of knocking, dinging, slamming and dirty finger prints. They cleaned up very well! Very few if any dings resulted from regular wear. I hope they continue to have a good product. I would like to recommend that Lilyann provides the dimensions of the stiles and rails, and provides a door replacement option for potential refacement of existing cabinets and glass door options (even if the customer provides the glass).
The bath vanity was perfect and way less than at home depot.
The initial payed in full order was delayed two months. It was very difficult to find the correct wall filler as well. I was sent an overlay wall filler. The site was difficult for a novice. Won't try to do this type of ordering on line again.
Very easy to work with. Took time to answer all questions and modify configuration as needed. Had one minor issue with one of nine cabinets that was promptly addressed. Would highly recommend Lily Ann cabinets.

Cabinets had slight wear on finish from shipping that makes the door fronts look shiny against the light. No major blemishes.
Only samples were ordered. Now with covid holding out to buy my cabinets. Unless I happen to see a sale on particular cabinets of course
For some reason, it is hard to scroll through the website selection. After the initial quote, I left voicemails and follow up was slow. I hope my order is correct and meets my needs as I am a senior citizen doing the remodel myself. Well after several weeks and an email to my rep, my order did arrive in total. ( I was wondering if my cabinets were ever going to come.) The cabinets are very nice! Always dry fit before glueing as some grooves need adjusting. I found that out the hard way when a back groove was too small. Thank you, Robin Streff

Experience was good. Did have a few quality issues that resulted in replacement parts etc. all have been resolved
