Clean looking website, and friendly staff. My email inquiry before placing the order went to the owner's son who was a great help. Only thing I would suggest is improving the search pages for product lines, like adding a cabinet width selector as a search criteria which would make it easier to find a wall cabinet for instance if you know you need 21" wide for example. Also. The word "Nickel" is spelled wrong in the cabinet pulls area... it says "Nickle"

Your sight is simple. I like the continuous order of cabinet sizes as opposed to several categories like the rtacabinet store.
The trim pieces were dented from shipping. Items should have been packaged better, all trim pieces were put in a plastic bag and shipped on the same pallet as the boxed cabinet. Both showed up road hard, cabinet was ok because it was packaged better.

I would like to see a consistent warehouse processing time or maybe a tracking system to know when a product will ship from the warehouse.
We love your cabinets! Johnny was awesome to work with last year when we remodeled kitchen. We are now doing bathroom and walkin closet.

Was treated nasty rude buy your staff if I had been treated with respect I would of probably have purchased from you but since I was treated so bad I would rather spend more money and buy from another company.
