Very great and helpful customer service
I was happy with my cabinets. You have to plan though as it takes about 10 days to get cabinets once you order. If you change the layout or ask for different cabinets it takes 3 day turn around.
It was a free sample of a great quality product... What's not to love?

I noticed the larger cabinet for my wall oven came with the side panels extremely warped which caused great diffculty in assembly. I had to trim off the dove tail in order to secure the pieces together. Good thing I am a qualified carpenter, I was able to sure up its strength with my own cabinetry experience, I just could not imagine a lay person easily assembling this larger cabinet. Other than that anamoly, the assembly and installation went suprisingly well.

Will be ordering cabinets for new home
The doors on the different cabinets have a variety of gaps between doors when the doors are closed. Specifically the 36 in cabinet doors have a small gaps than the 33 in n cabinet when the doors are closed.
I've made several purchases from Lily Ann and specifically Johnny Kountz over the past few years and I've never been disappointed. From the total quality of their product to the awesome customer service. These guys rock!

Cabinets were a cinch to assemble. Neither my husband nor I had any trouble putting them together. We would recommend having a damp rag handy to wipe off the excess glue that sometimes would ooze out. All of the pre-cut parts fit together like a glove. We purchased two separate orders of bath vanities. Both orders arrived timely and complete with no damage. The price and quality can't be beat. We will be ordering our kitchen cabinets soon. Thanks Lily Ann for a great product. The cabinets are beautiful and we can't be happier!

Our cabinets are fully installed and look beautiful. The quality is far superior to any box store or the custom cabinets we have had built in previous homes. Buying online for the first time we were most concerned about cabinet color uniformity, hardware quality and missing order items. But we were thrilled when all 3 exceeded our expectations. Accolades to Chris Liu for his help in the design process. Overall the experiance was great and we will order again & recommend to everyone!
The only feedback I would send Lily Ann would be improvement in the communication between L.Ann, the shipping company and customer. The website tracking tool never updated but showed 'pending'. So after 7 days of checking the website we grew concerned and called to check on the status having no idea the cabinets left OH on June 22 to be delivered on June 29th. The other would be a possible redesign of the cabinet door hinge location so the roll out tray hardware can be installed as low to the cabinet bottom as possible to not waste any cabinet space under the roll out drawer.
