This has been an awesome experience. Great follow up and customer service. I would like to see the assembly instructions add more detail regarding the filler pieces, the kickboards, etc. The videos need to be updated as well to correlate with the assembly options now available. The videos were helpful to some degree.

Easy to use website and helpful payment plan! Only had one complaint and that was I switched out a backordered item and it took forever for you all to process, I had to call back 3-4 different times to make sure it was taken care of. But other than that I love the product!

This was my second order from Lily Ann Cabinets. My first order was three years ago when we built the house. These cabinets were purchased to complete the Laundry room on the first floor, Kitchen and bath in the basement. The products seem better in quality than three years ago, which we loved back then. I would definitely purchase from them again. Had some quality issues from three years ago and were all handled professionally, and in a timely matter. No issues appear form this order. Don't be afraid to order RTA cabinets, you wont be disappointed.

A little more time consuming than you'd think but SUPER high quality product. I did send my farm style sink to my sales rep to ensure fit before buying the cabinets and it ended up not fitting but...the cabinets are super nice.

These are quality cabinets. The customer support was excellent. I was apprehensive about making a large urchase without viewing, but they were all very supportive. My only tip is that I ordered the York cabinets and they have a wider cabinet door and drawer face so I would recommend a wall spacer.
