Overall a good product for a good price.
Not bad, just don't like the instructions in boxes and the hardware varies from box to box, the videos are ok need to give more information, especially about the doors. They are never mentioned just appear on cabinets. My over all experience was good just surprised never got a call back from salesperson inquiring if everything was good.
So far so good, shipping Co lost items and things were delayed. Did receive all cabinets but the job was done and missing a wall unit. The shipper forgot to give me the trim so I had to waste time going back to pick it up. Took too long to get my order from start to finish

Excellent quality. The cabinets are beautiful inside and out. Instructions for assembly are lacking. Also, the quantity and type of screws needed was not adequate. Length of screws varied greatly. We even had screws for aluminum which resulted in one being broken when installing glide rail for drawer. Sorting is a must paying close attention to overall length and head of screw.
It was easy, great quality and I really like the free shipping! I would recommend Lilyanncabinets to everyone.

Very easy to order...when does the 30% discount on you kitchen cabinets end?
The cabinet quality is great. I would buy them again, however, I would give myself ample time. It took about two months to get my complete order. The first shipment was missing two cabinets. One of the cabinets in that shipment was also broken. Originally, when purchasing, we was trying to decide between two styles. The one style had some cabinets on backorder and the other style that we ordered did not (I ordered it for the reason nothing was on backorder). Come to find out their website is not in real time, so two of my cabinets were really on backorder. The ladies at Lily Ann were very helpful, and I understand there isn't much they could do, but their website really needs to be fixed!
