I loved the cabinets but your customer service needs some work. Claims were not handled in a timely manner and I had to send several emails to get my complaints handled.

So far it has been positive.

I wish there were better images of the cabinets.

I was very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and also the ease of putting them together. The delivery was much quicker than I anticipated and even though I had a small hiccup when I placed my order, the pleasant associate helped me and the order went through without a hitch. Everything has been great!
The quality is very good and better than any I could have bought at a "big box store" for the same money.

Still shopping around would like to see samples to make cabinet decision before purchasing for kitchen.

Bill was helpful, Return policy leaves a bit to be desired.

I Like the website, it was easy to use and was clear and concise on the details/prices of the items I am considering to be buying in the near future.

Delivery took so long cancelled the delivery and drove to Adrian to pick them up myself!
Otherwise the actual cabinets are beautiful and affordable.

Spoke with Chuck twice. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great experience. We ordered the cabinets and they were delivered within a week. The freight company made sure to have a truck with a lift gate. They called me to let me know I was the next stop. I left work, got home opened the garage and the driver placed it where i wanted. Great company, great price good quality.

The online service was great, but Bill D made the sale.

Bill Decker was great and the quote and drawings were very well put together. Only issue was delivery. I would like to have had a specific date (they showed up 4 days earlier than expected) and one of the items was damaged in delivery.

I only received a sample door for free. It was fine.
