I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. My order was not at all what I expected based on the products advertised on their website.

The items I received were significantly different from the photos, descriptions, and sizing information provided online. The design, fabric, and construction were completely different, including details such as the waistband, which did not match the advertised images.

When I contacted customer service seeking a full refund due to the products being materially different from what was advertised, I was not offered a fair resolution. In my opinion, this company uses misleading photos, descriptions, and sizing information to sell products that do not match what customers actually receive.

I have retained screenshots of the product listings, photographs of the items received, and all correspondence with the company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage potential customers to proceed with caution before purchasing from this website. They will likely offer a partial refund (around $8–$10) on a $132 purchase without providing a return label or a valid return address, even though they have a return policy listed on their website. In practice, there is no functional or enforceable return process in place, despite what is stated in their policy.

DO NOT buy from Like My Choice. They are a scam. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I purchased a dress on March 25,2026 and it's now 4 weeks later and I still haven't received my dress or any shipping info. My receipt quoted 5-10 days for shipping. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund after 15 days without my purchase or shipping info. This was their response: "Your order is already in stock and we are currently unable to apply for cancellation of your order". When I asked why it hadn't shipped if it was "in stock", this was their response: "Due to a surge in orders, there has been a slight delay in processing. I have already contacted our warehouse, and your order will be shipped as soon as possible." 2 weeks later, still no shipping information or purchased item or refund.

Avoid at all costs. Unfortunately I did no research in to them before I brought a dress from them, I see now a lot of negative reviews which from personal experience I can agree. I brought a dress which I now know to be a knock off of the runaway the label Ibiza dress, at the time I thought like my choice had designed it. They've responded saying dress was fitted, sequinned with a seashell print, the dress I received is like a pillowcase in both shape and material, with no sequins and badly printed seashells. I wouldn't even wear it to bed, let alone outside the house as planned when I brought it. They refused a refund because the product is not faulty. I'm pretty sure posting a photo of one thing and then sending out another is false advertising. The photos they are posting to sell the items aren't even of their products. I wish I could turn back time and spend my money somewhere else. They offered me compensation as a gesture of goodwill, as if I would want store credit to buy more cheap quality clothes I don't want to wear. All I really want is for them to accept this "dress" back, and give me my money back. It's genuinely hands down the worst online purchase I've ever made.

This clothing is extremely cheap quality. Clothing was very small and see through. They do not accept returns for any reasonable reason including incorrect sizes. Customer service is a joke.
