I purchased some borla headers through them that stated made for a 2009 Impreza which came back to be in accurate. I contacted to make a return sent the product off back to them been over a week and a half and now it's been with no contact this company is out to steel your money and not process a return nearly $800 from me. They are worthless and are not willing to let you know or give you your money back.

Their website is not user-friendly enough. And it is really hard to contact he support team and get some answers.

I ordered a belt from this place and they sent the wrong one. I asked if I can return it and have the correct one sent. They responded right away and sent a return label and I returned it right way. Waited for the correct belt to come in and it never did. I made multiple calls and left e mails but never got a response. I finally got a hold of someone via phone and he said they thought it was just a return. I asked if it "JUST" a return then I should have received a refund which I never did. He then said they would refund me (this is over a month later) but never did. Of course I paid with Paypal so they took advantage of that and never refunded me. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. They don't deserve to be in business as it seems they have done this stunt numerous times.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY! They will steal your money and never reply to your emails or phone calls! Had to open a case thru PayPal to get my money back!
