They have lied regarding 4 different things. They have not refunded my money as well ($17.00) but most importantly? ITEMS ARE CHEAP, SHIPPING TOOK 30 days.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Feb 19th. Today is April20th and I don't have the shoes. Each time I have made an inquiry they tell me to be patient and close the inquiry as being "resolved"? They can't seem to track the package? The event is this weekend so I have now purchased another pair of shoes. Yesterday, I asked for a refund. They closed the inquiry as "resolved" but didn't even respond. Totally disappointed!

It's a total scam! Ordered two items for my family as Christmas gifts, the delivery time was pushed back until way after Christmas so i cancelled and requested a refund. That was on the 7th December 2016! Still no money has come through even though it states 3-5 days. They will scam you, stay away and do not use!

After ordering a mini drone with combined handling and shipping/delivery of 13 days (which is the service I paid for) on the 7th of March I have still not received my order and the company refuse to refund me until after 60 days as THEY shipped it with the wrong postage! Somehow this according to them is my fault! After several emails from them giving me a tracking number that doesn't work and they in an earlier email admitted the number didn't work, I still have to keep trying! Thankfully i used paypal so I have opened a dispute with them for a refund. PLEASE PLEASE try not to use this half arsed company of idiots and fib tellers and if you do PLEASE PLEASE use PayPal!

They do not have the products advertised in stock, they cannot deliver them in the time they aadvertise and then if you cancel the order they keep 50% of your money which is not advertised on their website even when you don't receive the product after cancelling a product they could not provide timely.

I have post the review in below, but now I found that I have misunderstanding about the issues, the duty fee have been transfer back into my credit card account, so I did not see it in LITB credit section.
For the second issue, it actually have their superior Rebecca working on it, it was because of the time zone difference so I was not able to receive their information at my day time. And now I do understand that the issue can be fix. They will cancel and let me return the item at their cost.

Just like alot of other reviews Im still sitting in "Processing" due to my shipping address being separate from my billing address. I order online like this all the time and never run into any issues. I have since canceled my order today and have not heard a response about me being refunded. I will be calling my credit card company to dispute this transaction

I place an order 6 weeks ago ( it said 10-15 days for delivery) what a bunch of Kiera. And I am still waiting for it! Rubbish customer service! When I contacted them they offered to pay 50% of the shipping which is not acceptable. I am so annoyed, so angry, so frustrated. It was for a wedding, I spent £200 on their website and the stuff is worth nothing to me now! As the event is on my head and I cannot wait any more and ended up spending another £350 to buy the things again.

They shipped a faulty Shower system. Items would not screw into each other properly + valve was not working properly. Hugh waste of time as plumbers were looking to instal, so then had to rush around getting something locally on the fly. Big waste of time, did eventually get a refund, but by the time you ship item back etc, and deal with getting another one quickly (so costing more), this was a very poor purchase and experience.

I was looking for some sportswear for my biking trip this Easter. I stumbled on this site where I saw a lot of great products for a fraction of the price I would pay here. Although they are based in China, they offered a DHL express service within 3-5 days. At first I was a little worried, but within 2 days after my purchase I received a DHL trackingnumber and to my surprise it arrived at my doorstep 3 days later. Great quality! This is my best internet purchase ever! No complaints from my side. Great experience.
I purchased a tablet online and then changed my mind and sent an email to customer service requesting a refund due to the change of mind and within two days refund was processed and customer service communication was open step by step. Most impressed. Was very hesitant and thought I would be scammed and it would take forever to receive my refund. This was not the case at all. Very very happy. I ordered several items from this web site and when the items were not shipped on the estimated ship date, I opened an inquiry ticket. I was told that one pair of shoes was on back order. Then I inquired why they could not send all the other items and the one pair of shoes later since their own web site says items may be shipped separately according to availability. I did not get a response as to why the other items were not shipped and to this date none of the items have been received. This order was placed on March 17,2017. Ridiculous! I should have looked closer at their 5 star reviews, most of them seem to say they all had issues they just happened to resolve them. A five star review is merited by someone who is proactive about avoiding the issues that customers complain about over and over and not someone who continously has to fix the same issue over and over. Very disappointed.

I made a large order through lightinthebox.com. I gave up a significant amount of money to those people and the declaration that shipping would occur within 24 hours... three days my 'order status' was defined as being "in process". Two days later the information was the same.
I smelled a corpse pretty quickly. I called my credit union on the 4th day with no change in 'status', reversed the charges and was mildly surprised when the company immediately refunded the money.
Make no mistake though the company, that I've later come to understand is wholly based in China, is truly able to mess with your credit account and therefore your credit. I got the sense that perhaps only because I went directly to my credit card provider who has no interest in being associated with such businesses resulted in them backing off immediately.
This company sounds a lot like what i've read about wish.com.
There are a BUNCH of China based companies that are doing business in the U.S. like this and I suspect that there is a VERY low bar in terms of ethics.
Money is collected from who knows how many people and languishes in some bank account collecting interest while the consumer sits and wonders, for weeks and more, where the goods that they've already purchased are. I wish I could do that... wouldn't it be nice?

In my mind, NOT doing business with companies that have such a history is the only way you and I, all of us, will not allow ourselves to be used by below Walmart prices and paying a huge price for the occasional relief when one receives what one thinks they're buying.

All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
