I ordered a tablet/computer combo and it came with Chinese language installed. All that can be changed to English is the keyboard. I cannot change the actual user language. They have only supplied me with broken links to customer support and are very disinterested in my problem. I'm out nearly $500 for an unusable computer.

Their free returns for damaged/wrong items is falsely advertised and they make no effort in their customer service to rectify issues that are directly as a result of their own company. We have spent over $450AUD on lights and are unable to return 4 which were delivered broken! They closed the ticket without resolving it, and providing fake "return" information, also specifying returns are at their expense (Which is advertised on their website and the ONLY reason we took a chance ordering from a Chinese website/company). Fiance & I are now out of pocket $280AUD for 5 lights we cannot use, and Paypal cannot refund this money unless we return the broken goods- which we have found out will cost more than $280AUD! We will be losing money to try and get our money back, as it seems many purchasers are! COMPLETE RIP OFF! WOULD NEVER CONSIDER RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYONE AND WILL TAKE ACTIVE STEPS TO ENSURE NO ONE WE KNOW EVER PURCHASES FROM THEM.

I had ordered clothing from them, and they sent me a tracking number. It told me it was delivered a week before but it wasn't. When I emailed their support, they told me to "kindly be patient its on its way" and linked me the tracking number that said it had arrived (it didn't)
Trying to explain this simple problem to them was impossible. It would take them a day or two at a time to respond. I don't think they even read my messages. I got the same old "kindly be patient its coming" messages.
The 5th time I asked for a refund or for it to be re-sent, I asked for a supervisor/manager and I got an email from the same address claiming to be. But this time they told me to "provide proof that it never arrived." WHAT? How can I prove that I don't have something? I asked my mailman and he just laughed and said that was ridiculous. They refused to refund my money because I couldn't prove that I never received the item. I deleted my account after trying 9 times to get someone to help me. Never ever ever again. I don't care if they even bother replying here (company) as it's not worth the frustration of dealing with them to possibly by some miracle get a refund of the money I lost. I tried for weeks..

I paid specifically for 6-10 day shipping it's been over 3 WEEKS and the package is NOT EVEN IN MY COUNTRY! First, they refused to cancel my order or change the size i specified BEFORE they even shipped it and this was THE SAME DAY and SAME HOUR I wanted those changes made! Then they send me a message after they shipped saying there was nothing they could do except give me a partial refund after 28 days or i return it and pay more for shipping than i paid for the bikini. Second, they lied about shipping time and REFUSE to refund. It will be the end of SUMMER before my bikini comes i am sure, and they said my shipping delay was "normal" and to wait 28 days! Why the hell did i pay more for shipping then!? I had to call my bank and get a REFUND from them! Avoid this site at all costs! Buy from ebay or aliexpress instead!

Great service and it arrived safe, and in a timely FASHION without any issues. It was really issue to find what I wanted have it shipped.
I ordered 4 clothes from them. Two of the garments were wrong. One garment was completely wrong garment! Got Jeans Even though I ordered Chinos? Absolutely wrong pants! The other one has wrong zipper! I have mentioned both errors for them, and sent the pictures on the garments and pictures on the labels to them. Now I hear nothing from them? No response, no one who says they got what they want and that they will contact me? Nothing! I'm so terribly disappointed with them again! I've been shopping before and had problems, but did not think they were so bad! But they are apparently! Their customer service is quite poor. They send out automatic answers, but do not answer the question you have!

Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
