First time shopper. I ordered jumper in two sizes wanted to make sure one would fit. As im planning for my sons wedding. Received and neither one fit to my disappointment. Tried to contact customer service for ticket to return and received a reply made to order cannot receive refund. I'm the only working parent my husband is disabled and do not freely spend over $350 freely. Very disappointed with customer service policy and product.

Received everything well packaged and in great condition. The time it took from order to delivery could be faster to my opinion. So that's why i don't give the full 5 stars. But other than that I'm very happy
Customer service is quick and friendly. They keep what they promise and they fx refund all customfees (if you have the insurance payed) as agreed. This is very nice system and you don't need to worry any unbleasend extra payments afterwards.
I have now ordered many times things from LTB and I have been pleasantly surprised all the toys and clothes from there. I recommend this company for everyone.

And are small. I was so disappointed. I contacted the company they wanted pictures. I sent them they wanted measurements. So they explained after a few emails I could send the stuff back to china at my own expense pay another 30 for shipping and get my dress money back. At this point I would be in the hole or they would give me a 13.79 refund. I have already paid 77.00 so be skeptical the clothes look beautiful but thats not what you get.
If you order order 2 sizes bigger than you wear. You can see it hangs flat not flowing and is made out of a Steen material. Not. Like the picture layered and flowing.
