Sizes are not even close to accurate. Buy 2 sizes up. Returns are impossible. "Must be returned to China" with a LONG wait for credit (when item was clearly shipped out of New York).

Needed to return a dress that looked nothing like what I ordered. Gave me three options. Keep and they would give me a 20% reward. Keep and they would refund 10%. Last, return to China which would cost more than dress since they had closed their distribution center in US. Rip off.

Ho acquistato 3 articoli e sono rimasta soddisfatta soltanto su 1. I sandali sono carini ma troppo grandi. Il vestito è risultato molto scarso. Niente a che vedere con la foto: certo il prezzo molto basso non lasciava intendere che fosse di alta qualità ma ho voluto provare. Il tankini è carino e di taglia corretta. Devo dire che in precedenza avevo acquistato un abito su misura e a parte un malinteso sul colore la stoffa e la fattura sono molto curati.
El producto recibido dentro del plazo establecido, igual que en la imagen de la publicidad, ligeros y cómodos al caminar, en lo personal estoy muy satisfecho de la compra.
The sizing is not based on US standards. The colored buttons bleed onto the fabric around the button hole. I was offered 10% refund. To return it will be very expensive. It has to go to China! Don't bother with anything this company sells!

I am so disappointed with every item I ordered. Please people don't buy things from this site, it is at your own risk if you do. The quality of every item I bought including trainer is the lowest of quality. What you see is not what you will get. This is so heartbreaking as I ordered five items and not even one is useable. Their size guide also is wrong, you end up with over size clothes. So painful for the amount of money spend.
Stay away please please please.

Schönes Teil, hat nicht jeder, mal etwas besonderes. Empfehle ich auf jeden fall weiter. Auch das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder bei LightInThe Box bestellen, wenn ich was schönes sehe, habe auch an Freunde und Bekannte weiter empfohlen.
I ordered 2 Harry Potter robes and a unicorn princess dress as costumes for my grandchildren. The items were a much higher quality than I expected and came in a reasonable amount of time.

Last week I purchased a standard size, non customised prom dress. Unfortunately in was unsuitable so I requested an immediate return as they only allow 7 days. It is brand new, unworn with tags in perfect condition. You can only return by tracking a shipment at a cost of £52 ( they can say it wasn't received, therefore lost dress and money. Then they flatly refused a return at all saying it was a made to measure order. This is extremely sharp practice and this company should be avoided at ALL costs. They basically make it impossible to return anything and actually get a refund or they mess you around with emails until your 7 days time out and they refuse you anyway. They do not consider any consumer rights and you will lose out. I wish I had read more reviews as there are enough warnings about them.

I ordered a pair of gold boots for my wedding, order - ************** and accidentally ordered a size 4 instead of a size 6.
The package came and was very damaged. I took pictures and explained the box was damaged and I ordered the wrong size. An easy mistake to make! (I wanted a size 6 and accidentally choose US6 which is a UK4)
I was told to either take 60% "store credit" and keep the boots or they would refund me 50%
Excuse me?! 50% AND I pay shipping costs to China so I'd probably end up with less than 25% of what I paid.
I wont be able to even sell them on for much with a damaged box

Answer: Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
