I'd give them no stars at all if that was an option. I've ordered clothes and a light fixture from LightInTheBox and both have been bad experiences. The clothes are of very poor quality and cheap materials. The light fixture didn't come with instructions. They only provide customer service via emails. When billed, the charges are coming from a US address, but it is very obvious their site and customer support are from China. After several attempts to get installation instructions, they sent a blurry one-page pdf with instructions that have horrible grammar and basically, illegible. Also, turns out the light fixture wiring does not meet U.S. wiring standards, nor do the wires have the correct "ground/hot" connections to connect properly. They have a no-return policy for any light fixtures. I'd suggest buyer beware; spend your money elsewhere.
Everything so far has been very good. Range of stuff is wide and prices are low. Delivery has been on time.
I gave the highest rating because I received the order ahead of schedule, there was good tracking control, and the size of the XL coincided with my size absolutely. The color and quality of swimming shorts are very good. I recommend for shopping.

The shirts I ordered are very comfortable and nice, they ship fast, and the shirts are made of very high quality materials.
I received the incorrect item in the post after waiting for an extended period of time already. After enquiring if it would be returned and exchanged for the correct shirt, the response I received back was unsatisfactory for the mistake they had made. Their response can be seen below.

Some items were good but some were too small and fabric cheap. It took 1 month to come and a part off it was canceled
So far I have made several orders with only a couple issues. One being size was running a little small and other was an item became unavailable. However company refunded money and added bonus refund.
First time customer, products ordered was exactly as shown, too many styles to choose from. Total wardrobe being replaced!
I ordered three items and I am happy with them all and they came sooner than I expected
I like to buy online, so I try and is easy to follow and finish the process, what I don't like is that they take a lot of time to send, is confusing when you buy the item says 3 to 5 work days,,,,, then arrives after 12 work days at the end took a long time to arrive.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
