The customer service people need Customer service training to talk to customers. Please be sure before purchases. They have not one for customer service. When you leave a VM for sales a small business owner in a attitude tone will call for sure.
They've been great to work with over several years worth of bulbs. I've had some burn out prematurely, and the folks there have been prompt and friendly about sending me no-cost replacements. I will continue to work with them because they get me bulbs for my UV device where manufacturer charges $120 per bulb, and LSE is about $32.50 per bulb. I think I've only been to their website one time; many orders just through friendly emails. Sorry other folks didn't have great experience.
I placed order and weeks went by and they would never send me tracking # and after maybe 3 or 4 weeks they refunded money.
Light Exports Falsely advertises low pricing on products at various linked websites which lead customers to their website and they raise the price of the product when you get there, and thier Customer Service Practices are the worst I've ever seen anywhere!
