The green tea extract is amazing. It gives me tons of consistent energy as well as all the antioxidant benefits, etc. of green tea. Also, there are 600 servings in the container, so if you're considering loose leaf green tea to try to get the real health benefits, you might want to consider this extract instead.

The L-theanine available at liftmode is pretty darn good. It works as described and works with synergy with caffeine and helps take away some of the jitters. And I have no concern or fears about the quality because it has the classic liftmode purity standards, usually over 99% with most of their products.

I discovered Liftmode through shopping on Amazon. I've ordered a few of their products now and haven't been disappointed. My favorite so far has been the Biacalin. It's an herbal supplement that is supposed to help with anxiety, promotes relaxation, and is an antiinflamatory as well. I haven't noticed any improvement of my arthritis yet, but I've stuck with a low dose. I do think it is mildly relaxing though, and I may bump up my dosage to experiment with this. All in all, a good website to try if you're looking into supplements and nootropics!

I bought an item called Phenylpiracetam from them, and it didn't do anything for me. It also does not have a favorable taste, and I couldn't stomach trying more than the recommended dose to see if I just hadn't taken enough. At that point, I was skeptical, but went on to try another of their product called Phenibut. A lot easier on the taste buds, and it worked great. Their product is legit. They also worked out the Phenylpiracetam ordeal with me, and were more than fair. I'm 100% satisfied, and recommend buying from these guys 100%. The most pleasurable experience I've had so far in an unsatisfying purchase. Will definitely be buying from them again.

I placed my second order with LiftMode recently. Sunifiram, PEA, Hordenene, and Baicalin. The prices on all of these are very low compared to anywhere else I have looked. My order shipped almost immediately and arrived in two days using free ground shipping. As before, all items were well-packaged, and each contained a Certificate of Analysis. I'm still working on finding the perfect combination of supplements for allergies, ADD, and fatigue, but I do feel a bit more alert and focused after several days with this combination (I take the Baicalin at night, the others in the morning with coffee). I also emailed LiftMode about an obscure appetite-suppressing herb I hoped they'd be interested in carrying. Not only did they promptly reply they would if they came across a reliable, high quality source, they also took the time to let me know there are two varieties of this herb, one with the properties I would want, the other not. This is an all around excellent company, with people who genuinely help their customers.

I ordered 5-htp from liftmode. It was shipped quickly and very professionally packaged. They include a micro-measuring spoon for the powder. Also, they include an analysis of the batch it came from. I was very impressed. As far as the product, this is my 1st time trying 5-htp, at first I did not notice any results after taking it for a few days so I stopped. After about a week I tried it again and noticed results within 24 hrs. I was walking around the next morning trying to figure out why I was in such a good mood, something good must've happened that I forgot about. Then I remembered that I took the 5-htp and realized that must be it. I've had no negative side effects.
