Lifestacks Flow, and Chill are great! I use the flow most days out of the week and love the focus it gives. Chill I use less often but when I do use it I get a much better nights sleep.
These products blew me away however this is the first time I've tried any kind of a stack like this. I take the flow in the morning hours to get the mental focus and energy I need to help with my tasks at work. I take the chill in the afternoon hours to help me unwind from a long day at work. Highly recommend and will be purchasing these products again.
I was intrigued by the number and quality of ingredients in Flow. Most mental performance supplements are gimmicks, but the makers of Flow did their due diligence in selecting only the very best, research backed ingredients. As a chemist, this is important to me. While some individual ingredients might be found above or below the dosing used in some of the cited literature, the cumulative effect of the supplement is real, consistent, and as advertised. I enjoyed pairing it most with exercise, musical performance, reading, and writing. As long as it's an activity where a "flow state" is readily achievable, Flow will help get you there and keep you there for longer.
Great customer service. Had a few questions about the Lifestacks product that were answered quickly and completely. Received my order within a few days. I have used both Chill and Flow and find them both very helpful. Flow helps me wake up and stay focused in the mornings!
