Stay away from this company. My 92-year-old mom had a fall with her button around her neck. It didn't work. She spent 15 hours on the floor overnight in a puddle of urine until she was found by her homemaker. When we called for a replacement button, they would not overnight it. It took 10 days for a replacement to show up. In her biggest time of need, Lifeline failed us. My mom is now in a nursing home and when I tried to cancel her service, they would not work with me even though I have power of attorney for her financial and legal affairs. This company is awful!
Been over 30 since I've to get my money I spent on that junk engine I bought from lkq that was supposed to have been a reman my mechanic looked at it and said the cam didn't look new
These products are no good because they don't work outside the home. When my dad goes for a walk, it doesn't do anything for him. What good is an automated fall detection system if it doesn't work outside of my house? Why can't I put something on my dad's iPhone? I don't get why Philips Lineline doesn't do that. Seems like a no-brainer.
A family member of mine got a Philips Lifeline device. I don't know how effective it is yet because I haven't used it, but it does seem expensive relative to other emergency response systems. Hopefully Philips lives up to their reputation for creating high-quality products.
